There doesn't have to be. The lawyer can plead down to some type of animal neglect. Though what he was found doing is kind of the opposite of animal neglect. If anything, he needs to neglect animals a bit more, and leave them the hell alone.

Bail has less to do with the severity of the crime as it does with the chance of you running off. Now the more serious the crime, the more serious the penalty, and the larger chance of you jumping bail.

It's a whole community with the military. It's not just uniformed active guys. Pencil-pushers in DOD and even DHS agencies are often furfags too. I have absolutely no clue why.

Same thing for pedos applies for animal fuckers. Most criminals surprisingly have a code. It's not large, or very deep but the main things on there is never kill or rape children and animals. People who exclusively target animals or children usually get the fuck beat out of them in jail and prison or are killed.
