It is amazing that people have been calling for Ukraine to give up to prevent more bloodshed but they were silent for 8 years when it came to the Donbas separatists. The separatists could have just given up but they didnt because they had Russia backing them. The Ukrainains won't give up for the same reasons, they have NATO backing them and ziggers can't cope with it.

I think one of my biggest brain fails was to be dismissive of Russian infiltration and various ops circa 2016 - even though I was very familiar with propaganda, Soviets, Bezmenov and how communist regimes worked. I just didn't think that Russia's ambitions would extend beyond oligarchs and corruption, and milking their own people and selling their resources to foreigners. Was wrong. But this is how you learn.

I'm honestly getting really worried about the Belarus situation. I think Putin is desperate enough to try and force potato man into the war, and this may move the conflict out of the bilateral dispute phase. Ukraine, Poland and Lithuania are restrained from hitting Russia. They have no such restriction on Belarus.
