Other charges are coming, but we're stuck waiting to find out more details. Forensics already being done plus a shitton of dead animals being removed from the property along with at least one live one, potentially more, seems somewhat promising. Doubtful on any lengthy stay but he's at least gonna be a felon and have some lasting repercussions that hopefully prevent future abuse, or at least make it complicated so long as he lives in a community that knows his reputation.
