i don't think it's possible. staying idle in the face of invasion would completely invalidate NATO as an institution, and with it the american presence and influence in europe. it would be such a colossal loss of power on the world stage, there is zero chance the burgers are willing to accept that.

Kinda retarded question but isn't the whole point of hypersonic missiles that they're so fast that they're virtually unstoppable once they're fired? like it doesn't really matter if you were to launch them from say, the black sea than if you were to launch them from belarus? i suppose that if true, this is a heavy intimidation message to ukraine. Another big dick showcase from russia maybe.

Is it possible that ruskies are really going to attempt a push through belarus? After so many western gibs i want to assume that kyev is no longer a target for troops, at most, just for missile strikes. Seems pointless to me to send all of that to belarus and not to their recently "adquired" new territories. But i know shit about strategy.

I doubt it. They're probably just going to use the threat of northern invasion from Belarus to take pressure off their other fronts that they actually care about. Will it work? Probably not. Ukraine was able to stall the main army all the way back in March and it's MUCH stronger now than it was seven months ago.

If Luka actually wanted to take part in this war then he would have hopped in months ago when Russia wasn't being pushed back. He can't realistically afford to take part in this retarded war. His regime isn't stable enough.

I remember reading a TASS article way back in june (probably) about russia upgrading belarusian aircrafts to be nuclear-carry capable and that they would finish the upgrades around this timeframe, which is why i assume it recently popped back in the news, althought they did mention they weren't going to hand nukes to belarus to complete the set.

Does this mean that they actually didn't give nukes to belarus? fuck do i know, they could have if they wanted, i see it like this: NATO moves and shares it's equipment with other NATO countries, why wouldn't russia do the same with it's ally belarus?, I personally think they'll just use conventional (non-nuclear) stuff for the time being, probably gonna intensify those missile strikes in kyev and around.

About the embassies telling their people to GTFO off ukraine, you always saw the US and other western countries do that when russia upped the missile strikes mostly in kyev, what i assume made everyone raise an eyebrow were china and other ex-soviet embassies doing it this time around, but here's a thing: notice how most of these warnings came right after russia intensified its bombing campaign on monday, so most likely they know shit won't stop there and finally decided to sound the alarm.

Russia’s hypersonic nissiles are so combersome, Russia can only put one on a jet at a time.

That’s a strike of 6 highly inaccurate missiles
