She's doomed to repeat the same script over & over & continue to be scammed. She's proved beyond a doubt how gullible she is & as long as the scammer changes up what they say & how, (as compared to what Nader said), & tells her what she wants to hear... no matter how absurd, she'll tumble into luuuuuuurve again.

There is simply no way this guy is that into someone like Chantal... zero possibility. He doesn't know her but her history is out there - & how! Including how easily she can be gulled & how much crap she'll put up with & come back for more.

But no, she didn't deny that was his dating site profile & rather than freaking out over the possibility she got scammed - again - she flips out at the people who in a sane world, may have just done her a huge favor.

There are too many sad stories about vulnerable people losing everything they have, especially the elderly & police services everywhere do their best to warn people about the latest ones. Citizenship, real estate & sick relative cons are all too common.

She was warned & repeatedly warned some more, the minute she started talking about this guy. In typical Chantal fashion when something doesn't suit the narrative she's trying to push... everybody else is wrong.

I'm still convinced the scamsion is exactly that. In this province, paying your LAST month's rent & signing your lease seals the deal. Typically the day your lease starts or the day before, you go pay your FIRST month's rent, get your signed lease & your keys. Rent for the first month is not due until the first day of the lease. She hasn't seen the place, (red flag), the rent is on the low side for such a nice place in that location, (red flag), the 'leasing agent' came with a toll free number that when I looked it up, came with warned about that toll free calling code having a high association with scams.

If she shows up to find it's a scam she can't simply turn around & come back to the villa. Her lease terminates on the 31st & if the company is smart, the minute she leaves they'll changed the locks.

If I'm wrong about the scamsion... well, I'm wrong. I HATE being wrong but I guess we'll all see soon enough. The last weekend of the month should be interesting if she doesn't melt down totally over Saleh & doxxing & privacy & other bullshit well before then.

God I can just sense that there's so much rage bubbling under the surface while she has to try to force herself to be the dignified, modest  Muslim spiritual gorl on camera. Chantel has a low IQ but not a non-functioning one. She is, however, mentally ill. I would not be surprised to find that she has some sort of psychosis, mild schizophrenia, something like that that I probably don’t know about. Her seeing things, weird tics, constant singing, saying hi everytime she sees her reflection-these are actions of a person who has something going on inside that we can’t see. Plus has personality disorders, and is a heavy drug user. She’s incapable of thinking so her entire life is twisted to make it be what she wants. As viewers, we focus on the obvious personality disorders but since the beginning I thought she might have something more serious happening. But as noted, she’ll never stay in treatment long enough and whatever it is, she probably thinks it’s normal.

Here's my theory of what that new source of income was. Many scammers (mostly Indian, but still...) to avoid direct contact with their victim and make everything more plausible, ask them to mail money to the address in their country. It's common because all money transfer agencies are very much aware of the scamming methods and may blow the whole operation. So scammers get in touch with mules in the US and Canada, who get money in mail, and then transfer it to scammer's accounts (paypal or else) for a small cut. And since this whole Salad guy is an obvious scam, plus Chins was very secretive about this new source of income, this was my first thought that she's just another mule for scammers.

This "yeah, well you're old" thing is the funniest shit Chantal's come up with lately. It's one thing to joke about Boomers and how they can't work their cellphones, but it's another thing to think that age is a character flaw or that your life isn't worth living anymore once you turn 21. Teenagers think that way, maybe, if they're especially self-absorbed and dumb. Chantal really seems to think she's 17 and hot, and it just kills me that she thinks youth is a trump card to begin with, but also that she still has youth on her side.
