Good lord this guy is insufferable.

I've known a couple of people like this, and without fail they have some martial arts background where they learned the basics (i.e. black belt or 1st dan) and somehow let their ego run away with it, without learning any of the humility along the way. They then equate the ability to kick with critical thinking and assume they've gotten good at that too.

The Rekieta debate was just insane (and my first introduction to this tool). All Nick did was mostly ask him what he meant when he said things and he just floundered, then had the gall to pull the 'are you ok duder? do you need a moment baby?' act when Nick caught him out in his total bullshit.

In my experience they're also always always self employed in some manner (never successfully, although they pretend it is). Don't know if this rings true for anyone else.

This is the debate that truly broke him. He was very cocky and thought he won against Destiny on his 2 debates. To this day, he still confidently states that he won his debate. But Nick absolutely broke him. He had to have watched that back a few times and just realized how fucked he got

This waste doesn't just come from nuclear power plants however, it also comes from the manufacturing of various nuclear weapons and the recycling and reprocessing of nuclear powerplant fuel.

By 2090 the World Nuclear Association claims that there will be 276500 tonnes of waste and 782000 m3 of intermediate-levels waste.

Australia apparently is willing to store a good amount of nuclear waste which I say we allow, however you can't ship nuclear waste overseas. Which is too bad, people over there need to stop inhaling petrol. They can inhale this instead.

So the twitter exchange here wasn't at all worthy of posting here but essentially, Duncan was arguing that you should vote very left wing politicians into office to drastically raise your energy prices and cost of living save the environment instead of doing these stupid protests. Someone was arguing with him that this brought more attention to the issue by being a retard and that would somehow make them better off. Its an argument where I hope both people lose and come away feeling like retards personally
