The Milwaukee man accused of killing six people and running over dozens with an SUV at a Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wisc. pleaded not guilty to every charge laid against him.

According to the local Fox affiliate, Darrell Brooks, 39, pleaded not guilty to all 77 charges against him.

Brooks remains in jail on $5 million bail. GoFundMe confirmed to FOX Business in November that they removed the fundraiser for violating the crowdsourcing platform's Terms of Service. Additionally, the person who launched the fundraiser, reportedly a man named James Norton, will no longer be permitted to use the platform for any future fundraisers.

The courts have said that there is ample evidence against Brooks, as well as testimony from police detective Thomas Casey, who described how Brooks plowed into citizens even after some yelled at him to stop. Brooks allegedly "zigzagged" across the street "for blocks" at the family event.

Victims include an 8-year-old boy, along with members of the Dancing Grannies troupe, that was performing in the parade.

Public defender Anna Kees said that her defendant could not turn off the route, and that he did not intend to hit pedestrians. She also said that Brooks couldn't bring himself to look at photos of the crimes he allegedly committed.

I think he was into some black supremacy shit before. This retard talked to the cops and we got some recordings of that too it sounds like. I hope someone uses a public records request for the entire tape of his interview with the cops do we can laugh more at this tard. I think he believes he can get out of this by changing his name and claiming to not be the right Darrell Brooks. It’s absurd he believes he can get out of this when he’s being tried by an all-white jury in the county where he massacred an 8 year old and 5 dancing grannies.
He’s also a lighter skinned black. The lighter ones are usually more extreme because they’re compensating.

Darrell was a little upset about the court’s ruling. I think he knows that what’s in store for him in prison is going to be worse than anything he’s ever faced. Running down a bunch of innocent people with his car isn’t going to make him any friends and I doubt his blood gang members are going to put their life on the line for a loser like this.

Yeah. That line about it being necessary to defend even scoundrels against the infringement of rights holds especially true here. I want Brooks to have a fair trial... and a fair prison sentence afterwards. I want absolutely zero confusion about this man's misdeeds that day and after, in both the eyes of the law and the public.
I wish the cop who shot at him was a much better shot so a trial wouldn't have been necessary. This coon shouldn't be in the can. He should be in dead nigger storage.

Is that what he ripped up at the end? I assumed it was the prosecution's plea deal. That's even funnier. He made a real big show, idk if he thoght it would piss off the judge or what. He seemed most frustrated today and I was hoping he'd snap and yell at the judge. I laughed when he objected to Erika Patterson being referred to as his gf. "She aint no gf," overruled "it be true." I can't wait to watch him begin his case and call his witnesses. I'd like to know why he feels like its unfair for the prosecution to know his witness order, I assume it's just from a general sense of rebelling against anything he has the ability to.

Did the absolute shitshow trial continue today? I can't find a Rackets stream for it, maybe he will cover it tonight at some ungodly hour? It's fantastically boring/dry and good for getting work done while listening for those solid gold moments of sheer rage inducing absurdity. It's not like the Kyle trail where everyone had a dog in the fight and outcome was totally shrouded. This is a fucked up tragic comedy where everyone knows how it ends.

I wish the judge would stop role playing as a kingergarten teacher crossed with an ass covering bureaucrat and pull out a Beretta. I would delight in her marching down from the her box and coating the jury in Brooks' brain matter at this point, societal consequences be damned.

When the defendant can't understand law on an "I saw My Cousin Vinny once" level and goes full sov-cit in a multiple murder trial.... when we are calling witnesses as brain dead as he is.. When the judge desperately lacks a pair of testicles... When the media spin their own narrative regardless of evidence... The judicial system has become a parody of itself and it's both humorous and terrifying, a perfect example of clown world.

Obviously it doesn't count if he doesn't read it, that's just logic.

I didn't know before that Brooks was found with the key to Escape on him, I know he's fuckin stupid but why would you keep that if you just rammed through a parade? Really wanna see his explanation for that, I'm thinking he's gonna blame his imaginary twin brother Durel Brooks.

He’s the literal definition of a nigger. Blames everyone but himself for his situation, it must be racism or something he in no way is responsible for that is causing his plight. He must’ve been set up, or there’s something unfair going on. His issue was that the prosecution didn’t tell him the exact witness order, despite them saying that they were going in chronological order from the beginning to the end of the parade.

Cracker, they talkin bout old news. That shit in the past, what da fuck they expect him to do now? He's a changed man, he should be judged on the now, we on that next hype, you dig? Abstract notions like the linearity of time and personal responsibility are raciss cracker tropes.

"Avoid conversation with the nigga. The nigga will lie, the nigga will make excuses, he will use words he don't really know. If he gets really desperate, he may start to rap or dance. Oh yes. There's powerful niggardry at work here."

And from the way he treated that jurisdiction notice from the judge he's just as allergic to reading as the worst niggas out there.

You would think with how many times this retard has interacted with that police he would know better than to talk to them. Imagine believing the FBI showed up because the Waukesha police department was “short staffed.” I’d have trouble not laughing at this idiot if I was on the jury. They need to bring back capital punishment for people like Darrell Brooks.

I love how this dumb motherfucker is trying to say it wasn’t him in the videos, including in the interrogation. Like is he assuming that the District Attorney arrested another black guy and kidnapped him and put him in jail in his place.

Amazing that the judge and prosecutor have to waste time revisiting the fundamentals of our legal system in order to explain Civics 101 to this clown.
I'd like to know why he feels like its unfair for the prosecution to know his witness order
He might have watched just enough criminal justice shows to think that surprising the other side with new testimony is common in court cases, and he thinks he's being unfairly denied that opportunity.

Just more of that low-IQ thought process that so many bulb-heads believe in: That if they get through a given day without being arrested, then that day doesn't exist from a legal standpoint.

That was yesterday man, can't get me for that today.

It's why so many have bench warrants out for them when they get pulled over for a routine traffic violation. To them, if they don't immediately go to jail/get shot for any given behavior? Then they got away scott-free and it's racism to bring up shit that happened like years ago as if it still matters.... you missed your chance to get me on that whitey! And I ain't got time for your "statue of lemonations" crazy-talk either!
