I quickly found a much more cushy job with guaranteed Overtime, promotions, job security, etc. but that is a story for another day. To sum up the point, anyone who is smart gets the fuck out of the corporate wasteland and does something far better or starts their own business. The only people who remain are the people who still buy the bullshit they were sold in the interview.

Which is exactly my experience as well, I just don't understand the mindset of eating shit based on what might happen. I'm gonna go ahead and chalk it up to just being young and lacking any sort of worldliness since I mostly see it IRL with young guys who think they have something to prove and fresh college grads who've never worked an adult job before.

Why do all these tech industry cucks always complain about how they went unpaid, oftentimes for months at a stretch?

Fresh out of college where they tell you that it is only ever good to do what everyone else says/is doing. You get thrust into a company where unpaid work is expected, and these people are usually very susceptible to emotional manipulation which managers and higher ups usually zero in on.

No balls (sometimes literally) means they suck at standing up for themselves or taking risks to pursue something better.

Unfortunately I couldn't find anything on this dude to find some potential milk, as Google points to some football player and adding 'rwby' to the search engine gives a type of Grimm and some other crew members whose name isn't 'Ryan Griffin'.

Years of shitty employee abuse have hounded RT's reputation for at least 10 years. The whole "they called me a faggot and wrote nigger on the whiteboard " shit is definitely moral outrage fodder but when you decide to redefine your company as turbo woke you get what you fucking deserve.

I enjoy seeing the company burn as a result of directly exploiting the minorities they can't stop sucking off but I will be disappointed if RWBY ends prematurely. I at least want to see them try to fumble some kind of ending together while the sharks close in.
