Registries including crime stats are publicly available

It's because its thinning everywhere.
I think its probably stress. Wherever he parts it it looks like theres chunks missing because its thinning everywhere, its just worse right on top in the middle.

Its notable that he's started making an effort with his appearance the past couple of days, as badly as its going (lets face it he doesn't exactly have much to work with) it warms my blackened evil heart our bullying is making him take better care of his appearance.
He's even noticable taken a couple of the makeup tips the ladies of the thread have given him.

Under Part 1, Section 4 (1) (b): The public has the right to request records, except if "the head is of the opinion on reasonable grounds that the request for access is frivolous or vexatious."

Under Part 1, Section 8 (1), cops do not have to disclose information under this broad number of conditions, any number of which they could use to refuse a request if they wish.

Under Part 2, Section 32, are a long list of criteria by which requests for personal information will be refused.

Neither Ontario nor Canada's sex offender registries are publicly accessible. They are only accessible by police who use them to track offenders. The police release statistics or studies about offenders but none contain any identifying information. Canada's privacy laws are much stricter than the USA's. This has its positives and negatives, depending. Either way you are completely wrong on every point.

the idea that he is just obsessively watching this thread and seeing us call him bald and then furiously combing his hair differently to try and hide it and putting on some make up here and there and dressing in bright colors cause we called him out for always wearing black amuses me to no end.

for someone who claimed this website should be destroyed he sure does seem to be obsessed with what we think about him. maybe he really did just wanna become a kiwi all along.
