Imagine if we taught trans people to accept their bodies as is. Even if we just affirmed them as women (still insane but let me finish) with different bodies, it would cut out so much unnecessary spending. Which would be bad for the people profiting off of it but also bad for people trying to purchase happiness and self change without going through the hard work of self reflection and habit fixing.

Of course they haven't read the bill. People think that laws and legal opinions are incomprehensible to non-lawyers when the reality is they are usually pretty straight forward. At least straight forward enough for the reasonably smart people to be more than fairly sure what the statute is trying to say.
