Yeah you've said this before, many times, and each time you seem to forget we've never said anything of the sort. It's like you're not even reading just interpreting wrongly.

And just so everyone knows, my co-writer of my movies does in fact have a lawyer and I am sure he would be more than willing to help me out if need be.

And? My cousin's a lawyer. Whoop de freaking do. Point is you can't copyright the Wogglebug. He's public domain. And nobody wants to copy your stupid child character. All somebody has to do is change her and the story is now different.

That's the beauty of things like this. You're too small time to make it stick. Besides the cost it would take you to hire the lawyer, go through the whole process and wind up suing anybody would cost more than you could possibly get from the settlement.

I just love it when people, with no knowledge of the law, think they can use it to bully other people.
