As for his behavior? I could believe he was high on coke, but I could also believe that Andy is just a sperg with thin skin who is getting tired or people calling him names in chat lol. I don't really find any of this compelling or definitive.
If PPP actually gives a fuck and really wants proof one way or another, he should make Andy take a drug test. They sell home drug test kits at drug stores. If it were me and my friend, and the fate of my popular stream? I'd want some definitive proof before torpedoing everything. But then again, all of this could just be fake bullshit to drum up drama and stuff since not much has been going on lately. I wouldn't put it past these two.
EDIT: Actually, after looking at a video on Andy's twitter from a week ago that's completely unrelated, I noticed him doing something almost the exact same as in the clip of him "doing coke" but while laughing wildly at a clip of Ralph.
I still don't really know what he's doing (it looks to me like he's fucking around with his cat or something), but he's clearly not doing lines of coke in this footage. The fact he randomly pops off camera to the left side of the frame like that isn't as suspicious or strange as I thought it was before. @0:20 here:
