It definitely isn't as fun to watch during Brooks portion of the trial. He has been becoming more and more irate though, so I assume we'll get some massive outburst soon.

Judge is in a tough spot, on the one hand the defendant should be reprimanded in some fashion, but Brooks is already in custody and facing multiple life sentences, there isn't really a whole lot she can do that would have an affect on him. Especially since what Brooks wants is the trial to be delayed. The judge also has to balance all of that with being careful to not create any potential ground for appeal.

Though on Brooks appealing, it's not like he's going to be able to afford a lawyer himself and you don't get a public defender on appeal except when on death row. Maybe it's different in Wisconsin, but that's my understanding. So that would leave Brooks to file an appeal himself, somehow.

I'll try to do another full day wrap up later once I have a chance to clip the important stuff. (I'm working so have missed testimony, DM me if you have segments you want me to clip) Here's Brooks chimping out and forcing the judge to go to an early lunch over the state's objection to his attempt to introduce two photographs into evidence which were never provided to him under discovery. Brooks chimps out when his prior sexual assault charges are brought up as potential avenues of questioning if he does successfully get his exhibit admitted as evidence.

There's actually a funny story behind it. Wisconsin has only executed a single person, and it was botched soon poorly that the state abolished it soon after. Basically the guy was swinging and struggling from the gallows for a good twenty minutes before he finally died.

Also not to powerlevel too much but I am a resident of the land of cheese, this trial makes me want to write a letter to my local rep and see if they can introduce legislation to reestablish it for niggers like Brooks.

They knowingly do this. It's basically spitting in your face and they want you to like them for doing so. Any disagreement with their narrative will result in them smearing you.

Keep that in mind, when the day comes. Ignore their pleas for mercy, as they are hollow. They have no souls and will use any weaknesses to escape their just punishment then attack you.
