Rackets isn't a part of the Federal bar. Or any of the States where this could be tried (like Wyoming or Florida) I doubt he could practice in any of the particular jurisdictions this case would involve. Beyond that though, any lawsuit involving the kiwi farms would be complex and heavily involved. Involving international and interstate service, discovery, and so on. Along with a whole host of pretrial bullshitting over just where the case should be heard in the first place. Even if an Attorney WAS willing to take it, they would demand a 1 million dollar retainer. Just to start. Because that's how much it would realistically cost to just get to trial. Anyone here got that sort of cash in their couch cushions? I doubt Null does. He's having trouble buying servers for a few thousand dollars.Nick Rekeita exists.
Otherwise, they would need to take it on contingency. And there is no way Liz Fong Jones and Keffals have a million dollars that could be seized by an interested attorney. Which means the interest for the Lawyer has to not be monetary recovery but an issue case.
