Like someone said a few pages back, these people crying all over social media á la Kdin, aren’t owning up to their own parts in the bullshit. Rooster Teeth have (or have had) some very slimy business practices, most of those twitter-longer things take no amount of personal accountability for accepting RT’s bs. They almost all, act as though it was through no fault of their own that they worked for free, amassed massive unpaid overtime, were cool with fugz-words, or whatever else they try to milk for IDPol points. This, of course, is the main problem with most identity politics, which is the centrifuge in this entire debacle, anyway.

To clarify on the Val situation (I hope):
Val identified as a genderspecial before Kdin proposed to her I'm pretty sure. Kdin also came out as being pan not long before proposing to her. I'm not too sure about the supposed divorce situation. The only places I saw info about it was one comment on the Rooster Teeth Wikia, here, and one of the commentors on Kdin's apology tweet.
Val and Kdin's relationship from what I saw of their little Twitter/Tumblr interactions looked cutesy and normal, not to mention the fact that they've been married since 2015. I was surprised to hear that they had divorced, but I guess it makes sense since Val's handle is no longer in Kdin's bio. I looked up these accounts, and whoever is behind it identifies as female, draws NSFW furry shit, and is a Twitch streamer. The account isn't very old, and the user tweets mostly about her art and streaming (her viewers send her lots of random gifts, kindhearted simps). There are a handful of tweets in there about her mental health and overcoming emotional abuse. If this even is Val, idk how this person figured it out. I can't find anything of Val's old CinnieMinnie handle (she renamed it at some point though).
Sorry about going off topic, but I'm really curious about this aspect. I had no clue Kdin was married previously until I saw it on this thread. I knew he was polyam, and Val seemed down with it too. The fact that he's had at least two burned bridges sure does add a wrinkle to the "wholesome polyamorous lesbian" image he tried to establish.
