𝕏 / Twitter / X, the Social Media Platform Formerly Known as Twitter / "MUSK OWNS TWITTER"

Musk reduced the number of employees with access to the censorship tools from hundreds to barely more than a dozen

The firings have taken out major pro-jackboot employees, this is going to increase down the ranks

Major changes have already been made and more are coming

Cope, seethe, and dilate, Akhilleus!

You may want to try some of that self-awareness and realize that you are coming off as a crying teenager tantruming about mommy and daddy ruining your life again
I am enjoying this. Him negotiating with Stephen King about blue checkmarks is lolcow behaviour. We are seeing a burgeoning cow and I am here for it.

If Twitter burns, good riddance, but if Twitter burns because Elon spent way too much money on something he clearly knows nothing about even better.

Enjoying is not a synonym for seething

In case anyone is lost, here's the context.

The true lolcow behaviour is thinking this is actually serious. If you do, then I have a bridge in San Francisco to sell you.

Again, the price tag matters to nobody but Elon Musk and the investors he roped into the deal. Nobody here has any vested interest in Musk making a profit. In fact, now that Twitter’s off the stock market, it is literally impossible for any normal person to have a vested interest in its success. If an obscenely rich guy orders a round of tranny tears for the table and puts $44 billion on his tab, why should I care if he’s being overcharged? It’s not coming out of my wallet, so I’m gonna be drinking like there’s no tomorrow.
Also, for the more politically-minded, Twitter being captured by an unpredictable wildcard and CNN being captured by a predictable cutthroat capitalist doesn’t mean they’re on “our” side, but it DOES mean they’re no longer under “their” control. Merely knocking out these two massive pillars of propaganda - whose power comes not from their direct audience, but from their cultural osmosis onto normies - is a MASSIVE win in and of itself. Having them actually be captured by people who are not necessarily allies to “our” cause, but at least have temporarily aligned interests, is more than we could have ever hoped for.

Twitter's interface is horrific. I've been reading it through nitter for over half a year now and I'd love to shitpost there but I'm utterly disgusted by the interface. It's like accidentally disabling an ad blocker, which I imagine is like drowning in a cesspit. "Join the discussion!" Fuck no.

Spending 44 billion, almost 4 times Twitter's value, to own the libs is not the own you think it is.
You count "value" in terms of fagass beancounting which claims a scientific basis but is faker than commercial value of modern art.

The real value of Twitter is its use as a propaganda machine.

Suppose you run a business, you have manufacturing and sales which directly bring profit - but you also have accounting and hr and legal and it and security and etc which don't directly bring in the money but are nevertheless necessary.

So Twitter's moneymaking potential, as determined by fagass beancounting, is worth $11B. And the libs cost extra. Is $33B a fair value? I don't know, but the order of magnitude seems right. How much did covid and cuckraine cost the US now, eh? What about Yurop? How about the stolen election - how much did it cost the US, and how much did Dems spend on stealing it? How much does Soros spend on owning conservatives? Which of the two, Elon or Soros, gets a louder bang for the buck?

Okay, there's absolutely no way a 2016 oldfag, who obviously follows Josh's telegram because they immediately knew the site was back up, actually cares about whether or not Elon lets people say "nigger" on Twitter or devalues the journo's precious blue checkmark to the price of a McDonald's happy meal.

I think this is a troll who is absolutely succeeding in making us A&N neighborcattle sperg the fuck out. If these were unironic opinions, they'd just be posting in a #DropKiwiFarms thread on Twitter or Reddit.

You don’t need to speculate, xer is part of the kiwileft clique.

Not only is Stephen King not going to leave Twitter, he's going to stay and pay the full price for his checkmark. Just like how he and all those other TDS libs were going to leave America and move to Canada in 2016.

Yep, and like HHH, I think they're bit of a troll. Lots of users are left leaning but I seriously doubt there's any user left on this site that's going to sneed unironically at less censorship on Twitter. It's too retarded - my suspension of disbelief is broken.

The people that actually hold this position will only make fedposts on this site and then tweet about it to ISPs.

I decided to go full unhinged schizo after they unlock my account for bullying shoeonhead. SAD TIMES.
Anyone knows for a good way to get reliable burner phone numbers for yuropoors? That you can use for Twitter?

I’d have a poor person’s star (green) for basic verification and paying a $1-5 one-time fee. Similar to SA’s tenbux.

And then blue at a higher cost and more verification (and things like linking to something showing the dox, because verification is basically dox if you think about it).

And a yellow star for our most valuable 1%.

She literally blocked me for mocking her lame attempt to be edgy. Almost instantly. From the 100 tweets I have on this burner, most mocking troons and various spergs, two got reported for hate speech, one from a Tim Pool associated "libertarian" whore, and one from shoeonhead.
It's insane that you can dunk on trannies and lightly mocking some aging low value chicks results in locked account.
Curious why I was not fully suspended though. As of now, rules seem to be applied as unreliably as ever.
Will test to the end anyway, gotta get a better feeling of where the boundaries at, I see the spergs in #thenoticing hashtag are still going on strong poasting about Jews suckling baby benises and pictures of Weinstein mentally raping Emma Watson, but hey, can't fucking mock The Women.

i'm pretty sure that their bans and suspensions are at least 99% automated, based on parsing tweets for naughty words and phrases, and probably also on report volume, so if a couple dozen simps report you for insulting their queen, it might simply trigger an automatic temporary suspension regardless of what you did or did not say
