Just get right to the homophobia

I don't think this is accurate. The money is taxable as misc income and patreon issues 1099s to "creators" (using the term loosely in this case). They are pretty clear on the tax policy (https://www.patreon.com/taxes). Amounts over $600 require a W-9.

On further investigation, I think you're correct.

The fact that Flynt/Wu is soliciting money for a specific purpose and is promising to spend the money on that purpose negates the ability to claim that the money is a gift. I'd imagine that Frank is all over that, and that taxes are being paid.

The fact that Flynt/Wu is not spending the donations for the purpose claimed does raise what lawyers would call "an interesting question" regarding violations of both civil and criminal fraud statutes.

We should definitely be contacting The Guardian to see
A: If someone contacted her
B: Who it was
and
C: What that person knows about Natalie.

The Guardian thing is so out of left-field because she just keeps saying that they approached her to do an interview with Natalie - that doesn't mean that they know anything about Natalie that we don't, just that they have also seen her claim that Natalie exists. It's pure desperation.

"Hey, the day someone claims she doesn't exist, the Gaudrina wants to interview her! What a coincidence!!!1"

Not only does the IRS have a lot to do, but the money being donated is almost certainly not even taxable income.

It's absolutely taxable. You can't work-around tax law by donating gift money to someone with them donating things to you. They aren't a charity, whether or not Natalie exists.

All this talk about the IRS is pretty much pointless.
Yes. There is no tax issue here.

If the Wus are cheating on their taxes, Natalie or no-Natalie has nothing to do with it. If they are paying Natalie an income, Natalie would pay taxes. If they aren't paying her an income, that would increase the profits[1] of GSK and GSK would need to pay taxes on that.[2] It's possible that Natalie/Wu is being stupid and cheating on taxes[3], but that has nothing to do with whether or not they have this employee.

[1] I use the term loosely.
[2] As we learned in the Patreon dump, it's a subchapter-S, so it would actually be the shareholders paying taxes, but the same logic still applies.
[3] If they are cheating on taxes, it's likely through playing bad games with tax write-offs, like they've bragged about doing before. Not through the obvious tax-cheating scandal of receiving a bunch of money and pretending they didn't. That's a tax dodge the IRS computers will catch automatically, eventually.

What the fuck is with the Trypophobic hand?
I think she's supposed to have some form of rock or gem embedded in her hand for magic or whatever. I wouldn't be surprised if Wu saw Blue Seed.

Anywho, it would've been better for Wu to say that Not-a-lie was a pseudonym for someone else for some bs safety purposes... But, instead, she's doubling down on the stupid. She may as well fight for Milovy, too.

-- Edit --
Just to note, Amanda Winn-Lee voices Momiji in Blue Seed, as well as Crimson 09 in Rev60.

You will feel dumber for knowing.

In Socially Unconscious, Holiday once got insanely drunk and her antics caused a small fire in LV-427. This eventually led to a small explosion that injured Minuete, breaking her jewelry and getting chunks of amethyst permanently embedded in her hand. She had to have it medically treated with a skin graft from her back, which is why she hates Holiday in SOCCON.

That's... something special, alright.

Really have to wonder how much fucking jewelry she had.

There are shitty backstories, and then there's John.

The skin grafts were actually from Minuete's butt, because John Flynt is the classiest author ever to set pen to paper.
