Most Japanese people who even will have a public Twitter will have face mask pictures. It's very rare for somebody to be extremely candid on Twitter or social media in the same way as westerners are..... Especially if they are speaking their own opinions

(incoming uninformed western opinion) Idk if that's TERFdom, I think it's the opposite: it's because feminism isn't nearly so much a thing over there.

Not only does that give less impetus for tranny nonsense to begin with since you aren't going to get a pass just for having the right label, but on top of it since Asian women don't get treated like a protected class (at least not to the same extent) they're used to actually needing to be careful and stand up for themselves.

Like between Japan and the US, in the US women kill themselves about 30% as often as men. In Japan women kill themselves about 42% as often; granted, factors like firearm availability probably plays into that since men tends to use guns, but I think it still demonstrates a lesser cultural fixation on the inherent value of women's lives.

So yes, I doubt gender ideology would catch on to the same extent because feminism is gender ideology itself which paves the way to trans movements, and I'm fairly confident you'll see that no matter what country you look at.

Edit: Although I guess this all depends on your version of feminism, maybe it's unfair of me to refer modern western feminism as actual feminism, since I don't see how it's empowering to be a dumb, helpless, vapid, self absorbed moron for whom the only thing you have to offer is the fact you're a woman.

The reason why I didn't phrase lolcow like that is it doesn't make much sense in Japanese
I guess native English speakers imagine about milking when they hear the word "cow" but that's not a common thing for Japanese speakers
And the concept of "milking laugh from foolish people" is kinda hard to translate in Japanese as well

Honestly, its a bit depressing to see him doing this, he reminded me of the old school Filthy Frank content especially frank's youtube videos where he would teach you how to say "I eat ass." in Japanese. But even "ironic" cross dressing is where I draw the line especially if you're going to go out in public dressed like that. Guess I should've seen it when he kept changing his hair color.
