Liz Fong-Jones / Elliot William Fong / @lizthegrey - 'Consent accident' enjoyer, ex-Google employee, nepotistic sex pest, Robert Z'Dar look-alike who wants authority over the Internet

Next on your list is to look up what the creator of James Bond did during his tenure as a British spy. It's wilder than fiction.
Chaucer also worked as a spy under three different English kings. This is unusual because his was the sort of role that usually got you executed by the next monarch so he was some combination of very honest and very good at what he did. We know nothing of his exploits.

Cervantes fought at Lepanto even as he was sick with fever and lost the use of his left hand from wounds received.

Apologies for this effort post being a couple pages late, I just heard about the auto immune disease on the stream today. I've scrolled through the past couple pages, and I think a lot of you are gravely underestimating how fucked up his condition is. Let me shed a little light.

The condition of Elliot's eyes is known as iritis, an inflammation of the iris (might not be technically correct depending on what part of the eye is being attacked, but it results in the same symptoms regardless). This is not the auto immune disorder, but rather a condition caused by the disorder attacking his eyes. Many things can causes iritis, but even though the causes vary, the iritis manifests the same.

Even though it might just look like surface irritation, his eyeballs are swelling internally. This comes in waves with autoimmune disorders, he can be going about life just fine and then suddenly without warning wake up with his eyes bugling out of their sockets in particularly acute attacks. As you can imagine, this is extraordinarily painful in and of itself, but that's far from the worst of it. You know how your pupil changes size with light level? You have a ring of muscles in your eye that contract to control this adjustment.
View attachment 3737993

I'm sure you all at some point have had an injury or infection that caused swelling and know full well that those areas become very sensitive to touch/movement. Well then you can piece together that the pupil adjusting with iritis is excruciatingly painful. However the pain is not comparable to any other sort of bodily pain, internal eye pain is very unique. Elliot comparing it to having glass in your eyes is pretty accurate, although I've heard some say it's like someone grinding glass into your eye as hard as they can with the base of their palm. Another vivid description I've heard: It's as though your pupil is made of razor blades and your can feel it slicing through your eye as it changes size. It varies with the severity of the attack, but he is in no way exaggerating how bad it is. In fact, despite how much of an attention whore he is, he's underselling how awful it can be. Not being able to go outside/stare at a screen is an average flare up, bad ones can be so incredibly painful that the ambient light in your house through closed blinds and closed eyes even can cause debilitating pain. In the worst attacks there is literally no escape except to lock yourself in a 100% light deprived room, but even then you will still feel pain from your eyes being swollen. These severe attacks can also cause immediate damage to the eye from the severe swelling, in some cases blindness. So he might not even have to wait a decade to go blind, it's possible he could just wake up one day in immense pain and be completely blind in one eye.

I cannot understate how painful this condition is. On top of the excruciating pain, it can leave you effectively blind and helpless. You can't even leave a darkened room. Furthermore, in the case of autoimmune disorders the attacks come randomly and can last a couple days to several months. It is a brutal condition that on top of the suffering it causes, completely warps your life around it.

Don't just take my word for it, go check out some support groups and reddits for this condition. They are more depressing than support groups for parents of kids with cancer. You will see a lot of late teen/early 20s (when the disease usually starts showing symptoms) talking about killing themselves, they have no hope their life will be worth living. They are completely downtrodden broken people, and I can't fault them for it. They don't have social lives, they don't have the freedom to go outside, they cannot support themselves, they can't hold even a shitty job, hell they can't even work from the room they're stuck in. It's one of the worst conditions a person can be afflicted with.

The worst part of it is, this is just how the autoimmune disorder attacks the eyes. The disease can cause evolve seemingly randomly attacking organs, hair, skin, nervous system, muscles, pretty much anything. There's no cure either, much like with cancer it's just your body freaking out and killing itself. The best they can do is abate the symptoms and postpone the destruction of your body.

What's the point of this long gay post? Elliot has to suffer from two forms of dilation, his stink ditch and his eyes. God is real and has sick sense of humor. Cope, seethe, dilate, and dilate again.
Praise the Lord

I saw a pic of Elliot's dad the other day. Unfortunately, I didn't save it.

Anyway, the dude was shiny-headed bald. He only had the merest fringe of hair. Uh-oh.

If Elliot draws the genetic short straw, there's no one he can cancel, no one to deplatform. He can only hope blindness spares him from ever seeing this:

I think letting people say whatever they want on the internet might be a good thing.
Like with this nancy polosi thing.
That shooter guy had shit on the internet and somebody could have stepped in before he actually took action.

Well, that’s the dilemma. Nobody did step in.
And the guy did get radicalised over the internet, even if it was just boomerbook and mypillow youtube videos.

I just wanna say thank you to everyone in the thread going into detail about how pointless and worthless Elliot and his current employers are. I had a hunch they were a bunch of talentless diversity hire niggers, but it's nice getting info about just how worthless they and their product really are. Big thanks, frens.
You are wrong here. Their product is not worthless. It is a good product and it solves real world problems.
It is just that there is very little market for it since every serious cloud provider already offers the same thing built in to their frameworks by default.

Just because the product is mostly redundant does not mean it is a bad or worthless product.

They're just using GamerGate tactics, with less than 1% the size of that smelly neckbeard incel movement. We all know how GamerGate ended with:
- infighting
- dumping DMs and chat channel messages
- everyone involved was basically a sexual predator, male or female for the matter

So all we have to do is stay up and keep laughing. Eventually, someone called Jane Dongless (she/her) will send me an HTML file of their Discord chats exposing all their crimes, including the swatting of a lonney congresswoman who called us Democrats and various troon dilation campaigns, harassing innocent office workers.

They'll eventually get extremely frustrated and start to lash out at each other. Trannies are just autogynephilic eunuchs with NPD and rape fantasies because they were bullied by the mean girls in their school.

I remember when people were like ‘nobody deserves this, not even No-Dong’. Damn, that sympathy drive up pretty quick. Fuck him.
We say this for a rapist that wants to ruin the internet because of a small gossip forum that makes fun of him.

People like him wish horrible things on people and their families for simply disagreeing with them

This shit is Karma and it's a fraction of what he deserves. He's earned his eyes disintegrating as he screams his way towards blindness in stabbing agony by trying to break the Internet to silence discussion of his repeated sexual assaults.
The assaults themselves have earned him far worse, this vile fucking rapey freak deserves every second of the darkness that awaits him. I hope he lives a long time in agonizing pain.

The product is fine. The people around it are fucking worthless.

Apparently the dilation never stops. The time will come when he’ll be a blind old man with a closed up wound between his legs. All that sissy hypnosis really did a number on shovelhead.

It won't even stop, until his eyes are cut off from his skull.

That's what pisses me off so much about him and people like him. They are absolutely worthless in every IT sense. They spend so much time fluffing their resumes but if you've spent any time in the industry at all you know just how vastly over-paid they are and what they *actually* do (not much - which is why they have so much time to waste on Twitter, spamming Tier 1's abuse emails, and organizing DDoS attacks). Elliot Dong would get completely lost if you set him down in front of a complex system and told him to root-cause a crash and issue a fix on a Friday night with a 12-24 hour deadline.

He doesn't actually do systems, he *talks* about them in vague terms using knowledge gained from working in proximity with people who actually knew what they were doing, and maybe a little reading. Nothing about his career has put him deep in the shit designing complex computer systems or fixing complex issues.

The only time he has ever worked a job actually touching a complex system was as a punchlist worker following guides to restore systems when they went down. This mostly just involves swapping hardware because at googles level (and even much smaller companies) hardware configures itself on boot over the network. You dont actually do anything to bring a node back up. You just swap the node with a new node that meets the spec. Netops and sysops are the ones that have to do stuff when there's a real issue.

Netops are the ones who break BGP and/or blackhole entire datacenters or regions with stupid typos; sysops are the ones who design the systems and set them up and actually diagnose and fix system bugs.

SRE's (which she brags about being so good at and doing for 15+ years) literally are just swap jockeys who follow step-by-step guides on what to do in given situations - guides written by sysops and netops people. SRE's are close to the bottom and in some cases maybe even *the* bottom of the totem pole in a datacenter environment. It's a job that needs to be done, yes. There's nothing about it that should inflate ones ego as being a brilliant systems engineer or something. Site reliability is mostly automated at googles level and designed and implemented by people much higher up the chain of engineering authority than Dong ever was at Google.

Elliot has 100% been the triple-play value combo deal diversity hire at any place that is willing to take him. That's the only value he brings to a company. And it's an inherently meaningless value that is entirely possible to over-leverage (see: his ungracious exit from Google due to overplaying his hand).

The fact that Honeycomb only decided to hire him on initially using grant money from the government literally earmarked just for hiring minorities (rather than their own hard-earned cash) should tell you a lot. It was a signalling/marketing hire, not a labor value hire. The rest was him just talking his way into a position where he doesn't actually need to develop his IT skills and can just sit on Zoom calls all day trying to sell Honeycombs worthless niche product and OCCASIONALLY maybe visit a clients office.

It could even be simpler. I'm not sure how much employment law varies by state, but I know some supervisors who were only allowed to verify employment dates and whether a person would be rehired if they applied again. If the answer to the latter was anything other than "Yes," it would raise flags with any reputable HR person asking the question.
This has nothing to do with laws or what you can ask from previous employers. And anyway they would not even try to ask this from a previous employer as there is no way of knowing if the respond truthfully or not. Regardless of the legality of asking this.

This process is standard at every single tech company on the planet. You have the interviews themselves that are to decide on the technical skills and level. But then you also have a mandatory "ask people at our company that has worked/knows this person".
It is not actually phrased as a "any red flags" obviously but it is a process where at least one, but preferably two different current employees are asked for "culture fit". This is a standard part of the hiring process at every single tech company. This part of the process is just as important as the technical interviews. Fail either part and you are not hired.

There are hundreds of thousands of ex-google engineers out there in the industry by now that have experience of Liz and will be able to answer the "culture fit" question that will be performed when he applies to a tech job. They will obviously also not respond in written form that Elliot is bat-shit crazy and often explains away his antics by "I am plural". They will respond with something like "Is very combative with peer employees. Takes criticism poorly. Is easily distracted from the job tasks. Poorly balances primary job priorities versus secondary activities". etc etc.
It is all code but everyone understands what it means and it always leads to "no hire, poor culture fit".

This is why Elliot struggles to find jobs. These ex-googlers are out there everywhere and there are many many more of them than there are from his small but vocal clique.

Just because it solves real world problems doesn't mean their product is not out of place. Take any popular package manager as example. They've got shit ton of packages which solve real-world problems, yet only less than 1% of them are used on a truly massive scale. It means 99% are way too specific or straight-up garbage.

Now, almost every big company uses cloud. What the point of using some 3rd party honeycomb if cloud providers give out of the box solution which is integrated in every possible pipeline?

Honeycomb might be a good product, and it might be great on premise where you have the burden of setting up all of your infrastructure, but for the majority of players, nah, seems like shitty deal for a good chunk of money I bet

This is what I'm talking about when I say it's a worthless niche product. It's niche and worthless as a discrete product on its own that you have to tie in to another system. What it DOES is worthwhile as part of a package solution from a cloud provider. If you pay for Honeycomb, you are overpaying for something that may/probably already exists in your cloud solution.

Elliot Dong did not establish the field of data science. Elliot Dong did not invent this product or the ideas behind it. Honeycomb is not a revelation to the industry. This stuff has been around for a long-ass time. Elliot Dong is a glorified salesman of a redundant product solution that almost nobody making IT procurement decisions will ever look twice at. I'm surprised the company is suriving at all - makes me think the diversity grants are going a bit further than just a single hire. Possibly could be using government grants as a life-support IV for an all-woman-owned company (easy to get grants that way).

If you were looking to use their company and they sent this box faced Eunuch fuck with his gimp collar, with his yellow teeth smelling like stale blood and sweat from his morning dilation, and stale BO because he hasn't showered for three days to save his lipstick, to your office to talk, would you chose to go with his company after you had to sit in a room with him, listening to his weird frog voice giving his product pitch?
Because I fucking wouldn't, and thats even if I knew nothing about the guy.
He gives of an air of "this dude is unstable" and I bet its even worse in person, any company that would hire a guy like that, let alone as a CFO or whatever the fuck he is isn't one I would be confident in mine doing business with.
Besides any smart small business owner looks into the people they are looking to contract/work with, and his "consent accidents" aren't a secret, or his history as a problem employee.
Just saying, these are things I would take into account before I entered into any contract with someone. As a small business in a troubled market you don't have the luxury of bad decisions.
He's a liability, which tells me he's mostly a diversity hire that the company keeps away from clients notice, so I'm not even sure what the fuck he does.

I remember when people were like ‘nobody deserves this, not even No-Dong’. Damn, that sympathy drive up pretty quick. Fuck him.
I still don't believe anyone deserves this, but I'm not motivated to shed any tears for him because he is a person who wishes death and torture on people who point out the proven fact that he is a rapist.
