I wouldn't be surprised if the info about the VC firms funding honeycomb.io was what drove Dong Gone to take his Twitter private. His coworkers may block anybody who posts about "consent accidents" on Twitter. But they can't do that when they start getting calls from their investors asking uncomfortable questions.

Anybody with access to Google can get information on honeycomb.io's funding rounds and investors. But nobody would bother had Eliot not kicked a hornet's nest. And I think Eliot is smart enough to understand that people often fight fire with fire. (Though given how many troons are shocked when their actions have consequences, Eliot may be that blissfully unaware).

It's really a shame he hasn't been banned for violating the targeted harassment part of the tos.

Under Twitter's tranny jannies, it seems targeted harassment is something that the left is/was allowed to do with impunity. During the various riots of 2020, all kinds of Antifa-affiliated accounts, among others, made countless posts that would qualify as targeted harassment despite using cute code words (such as "fash bash") but it looked as if none of those accounts suffered any consequences for that content. Meanwhile, someone stating they believe there are only two genders received a swift, permanent ban.

If LFJ is concerned that the mass firings means that Twitter's moderation will now be applied more evenly to everyone, it's part of a larger trend where people tend to behave like jackasses until someone stands up to them -- in which case, they either go somewhere else where their bad behavior is ignored or find someone in the current forum who will let them get away with the bad behavior without consequence.

Having read that last tweet, I'm not sure if it's LFJ bouncing and squeaking over the changes to date happening at Twitter or if this is just a red herring intended to persuade users here that they're giving up on targeting the site when the truth is they still plan to track the 'Farms from behind a protected account and via IRC channels where they can better get info on who outside their circle might be foolish enough to poke around.
