At the very least those positions tell you a little bit about what the fuck the job is! Senior Customer Success Manager is marketing/sales (probably), Director of Ecosystem Engineering is marketing/sales (probably), and Engineering Manager, Telemetry is datamongering and all manner of horrible shit (probably).

Most reputable organizations realize people have social media accounts, so they tend to have a social media policy or guidlines highlighting the dos and don'ts to be followed when it comes to posting online so that the org isn't seen in a negative light.
This is why it's unlikely LFJ will see any sort of consequences from any company employing them.
I suspect LFJ will keep the account to lurk on the platform and keep tabs on whomever at the very least. For now, I think the talk of deleting is it little more than empty bluster.
Assuming that's what really happened, the underling may have been disciplined or terminated -- meaning they would no longer be valuable as a backchannel for LFJ. Regardless, the end result is that the site can now be seen worldwide as it should.
