This is one of my favorite ongoing scams since I found out about it a few years ago. (TallPoppy is also one I need to keep my eye on, they have ties to other lolcows beyond just Zoe and Elliot.) They've actually improved things a bit. This "hotline" used to only be open for two days a week for two hours at a time and not during what you would think would be "peak" gaming times like at night on the weekends. Note in the above image they still list the hours as 3pm to 7pm. For a text hotline. They also had a document on their website which described some of their great assistance using examples where the "harassment" was literally just people calling someone faggot over voice chat or whatever. They claimed they could direct people to resources to get help but never once indicated what any of these resources would be, list them nowhere so people did not have to contact the hotline to find out, etc. They even falsely claimed to be actively working with gaming companies based on Anita's previous consultations she briefly won due to Gamergate attention.

I haven't looked at their website in a while but I saw one of their tweets getting boosted by a few idiots not too long ago and basically all their other tweets had zero engagement and most of it was just retweeting Anita's shit.

This seems more about domestic supply. The more hostile the relationship East/West relationship becomes, the less likely the chinks are to clamp down on exports. It'll be interesting to see if western governments follow suit, but most of Europe has bigger problems to deal with right now.
