They don't even have to worry as what matters to the family is that they have a mildly successful TLC show (They accept just about anything, so it's not a high bar to begin with, see 90 Day Fiancé.) with enough revenue to make your typical grifter blush and all they have to do is do anything with that money and Jazz will slightly happier and distracted about how bad his life really is because of the new toy grabbing his attention + several new episodes guaranteed that they'll shuffle in with Shana-Rae, Pimple Popper, and whatever they throw on TV besides 90 Day Branded shows and longevity in terms of revenue due to royalties with having episodes on Discovery+.
Even if Jazz attempts to kill himself, it will be filmed and be used as a ratings trap that likely pave the way for even more seasons and plenty of dollary-doos down the road to ensure the cycle continues for as long as they can make it go.

Do you guys think when Jazz wakes up and realizes what's been done to him he's gonna kill himself, kill his family then himself, or become a detrans activist?
At least desmond can still have a normal life if he wakes up, he can cut off his mom and all his past aquantances report all the pedophiles that have had their way with him to the police and try to move on. Worst case scenario he turns into a serial killer like a lot of kids forced to crossdress by their moms.
But jazz has been castrated, his development has been permenantly stuned and he's been turned into even more of a media clown than desmond has. There's no returning to normal for him even if he does escape the abusive hellhole he's in right now.

The puberty blockers have probably stunted Jazz to the degree that he won’t be able to ever understand what he lost and what his family did to him. I’d imagine he’ll just continue to spout the same bland platitudes about love and acceptance and validity for the rest of his life, slowly getting fatter and never achieving full independence, like a downs kid.

There are castrati that spoke out about what happened to them. There is still a chance (I don't say hope, because him waking up is probably the worst case scenario from him, waking from a false dream into a real nightmare) his eyes finally open especially as society hits peak trans.
