Because he's proved on multiple occasions he doesn't know what he's doing, he just F5's that site and it doesn't even have accurate info half the time.
I think the Daily Dilation of Stinkditch going into high gear again proves he's desperate, I don't see how a Tier 1 would cut service, restore it, and cut it again, it makes them look like fools, I'd put money it's people he knows that are interfering on their own account.

Like Black Bloc/Antifa there are leaders of a sort; they are pop-up, localized leaders, who rise by dint of being the ones with the cachet and money to organized a group. They are also the ones who are basically cannon fodder and become "martyred" by being jailed or cancelled for some perceived heresy. Then another will rise up like a fart bubble in a bath tub, and gather up the remnants of the cult members, rinse and repeat. If done effectively, it is kept to small cells, that quickly organize and just as quickly, dissipate.

Not sure what happened to GTT. They could have blocked KF again, which would be really stupid, but certainly in the realm of possibility. The route could have also changed for other reasons, without action from GTT. I wouldn't trust Elliot No Dong on this. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

There's still a connection to GTT but it's not direct, but through another Tier1 ISP.
