  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
It's important to note that they don't mentions Keffals, Kermit or their Troon brigade's boycott campaign. That didn't have a material effect on the business. Dropping KF did though.
They do mention it, just not by name:
In 2022, we received negative publicity in connection with the use of our network by Kiwi Farms, a forum website tied to harassment campaigns and direct threats toward individuals. We are aware of some potential customers that have indicated their decision to not subscribe to our products was impacted, at least in part, by the actions or potential actions of certain of our paying and free customers. We may also experience other adverse political, business and reputational consequences with prospective and current customers, employees, suppliers, and others related to the activities of our paying and free customers, especially if such hostile, offensive, or inappropriate use is highly publicized.
They essentially say dropping the Kiwi Farms had negative consequences, but not dropping them may have resulted in different negative consquences.

I'll attach the full section here below for ease of reading. Also, part of the kiwifarms-related section extends into the top of the 67th page, which is easy to miss as the cutoff mark is a completed sentence.

Activities of our paying and free customers or the content of their websites or other Internet properties, as well as our response to those activities, could cause us to experience significant adverse political, business, and reputational consequences with customers, employees, suppliers, government entities, and others.

Activities of our paying and free customers or the content of their websites and other Internet properties could cause us to experience significant adverse political, business, and reputational consequences with customers, employees, suppliers, government entities, and other third parties. Even if we comply with legal obligations to remove or disable customer content, we may maintain relationships with customers that others find hostile, offensive, or inappropriate. For example, we experienced significant negative publicity in connection with the use of our network by The Daily Stormer, a neo-Nazi, white supremacist website, around the time of the 2017 protests in Charlottesville, Virginia. We also received negative publicity in connection with the use of our network by 8chan, a forum website that served as inspiration for the 2019 attacks in El Paso, Texas and Christchurch, New Zealand.

Conversely, actions we take in response to the activities of our paying and free customers, up to and including banning them from using our products, may harm our brand and reputation. Following the events in Charlottesville, Virginia, we terminated the account of The Daily Stormer. Similarly, following the events in El Paso, Texas, we terminated the account of 8chan, and following escalating, direct threats towards individuals in September 2022, we blocked access to Kiwi Farms content through our infrastructure. We received significant adverse feedback for these decisions from those concerned about our ability to pass judgment on our customers and the users of our network and products, or to censor them by limiting their access to our products, and we are aware of potential customers who decided not to subscribe to our products because of this.
Please show me proof of threats or harassment campaigns. Oh wait, those are orchestrated by the troons and not by us. Keep slurping that stinkditch while lying in your quaterly reports, Cuckflare.

No lucas the only reason you went after kiwifarms is that so you can grift.you can't do it again since no one fucking cares anymore.
It really is true that I don’t think the “#dropkiwifarms“ thing would ever work as well again. Ultimately, while I’m really sorry for Josh and what the site had to go through, I think ultimately the movement could have more positive then negative effects.

  1. Lucas was held up in an organized mainstream media push, with multiple figures involved including people with big tech connections (LFJ), leftist journos (Taylor Lorenz) and various high-profile websites like the Way-Back Archive. Ultimately, not only was KF not destroyed, but it’s come out since that Lucas is a grifting liar, and the media associated with him both falsely spread misinformation and supported a grifting liar. Everyone saw the machinery in play openly, and it exposed where the corruption lay.
  2. Destiny’s involvement wouldn’t have happened without the DropKiwiFarms scandal because that’s what made Keffals have new power, and all the information about the suicide/bullying around KF is now exposed to at least hundreds of thousands of people. I’d argue this would have never reached normie audiences without Destiny’s manifesto.
  3. The extreme and riduculous lengths #dropkiwifarms activists went to, going after the infrastrculture of the Internet, and Cloudflare/Wayback Machine ceding to them, exposed both the insanity of these people and the intense weakness of these American companies. It set off alarms among many Groups to whom this phenomonon may not have been as obvious, and spurred on awareness and debate, despite all the noise calling for deplatforming from the usual suspects.
  4. Josh’s fight to keep the site online rather than rolling over as I’m sure they expected, has shown the weaknesses of the current Internet and its core systems, the dangers of deplatforming at a systematic level rather than a platform-based level, and kept the conversation alive regarding what is truly offensive vs. dangerous.
  5. Trans activists got exposed for the deranged people they are, and it’s made who knows how many people aware of Keffals, who not only abused copyright claims and mass reporting to deplatform creators, but whose skeevy past has allowed normie voices to do hit pieces on them. The “purity” of trans activists is called into question with this whole situation for those who wouldn’t know otherwise, and their disproportionate power has been exposed to anyone paying attention.
  6. The site is now much more self-sufficient and seems much, much harder to take down through dishonest means, and less at the beck and call of corporate weakness save the basic infrastructure of the Internet. At the very least the idea of a gossip forum with unproven accusations against it, whose only “crime” is being very offensive, being gone after in this way could start conversations about basic Internet protections, right of access, corporate monopolies of speech, legal protections to Internet access, Section 230, etc.

Is this a long post, yes - because there’s a lot to discuss in the complicated situation. My question is, are all of these things accomplishing the goals of #dropkiwifarms? NO, the fucking opposite. Lucas was not only just a hunchbacked retard being used as a puppeted figurehead by malicious forces, he is so unlikeable and shady that he’s become a liability to the entire trans/deplatforming movement just by existing.

LMFAO. Left behind after a week of fame, Lucas is left with nothing but his fat rolls, frizzy and thinning hair, misapplied makeup, and an empty apartment he walks around barefoot while streaming to no one. And worst of all, his thread now has more eyes on it than ever, and is back into the Google SEO, publicly available. Who knows how many people will now see his fucking fart porn.

Lucas E-thot.png< Oh fuck, they're back in Google. Shit, my fart porn is up. I'm all over the SEO. How do I fucking deal with this. I need some Adderall. *Posts E-Thot pic for Dopamine*

This leak exposed social media manipulation and bias, now everyone realizes they are most likely trooning kids to make more lifelong liberal voters.

They talk about possible adverse reputational/business consequences related to the activities of their CURRENT customers, “especially if such hostile, offensive, or inappropriate use is highly publicized,” i.e. them caving to deplatforming campaigns in the future. This paragraph does not mention ‘past customers,’ i.e. KF. The ongoing damage to their business and reputation that they’re worried about is not from KF.
We may also experience other adverse political, business and reputational consequences with prospective and current customers, employees, suppliers, and others related to the activities of our (current) paying and free customers, especially if such hostile, offensive, or inappropriate use is highly publicized.
They know they fucked up.

Goddamn I love this thread. I knew Lucas would shoot himself in the face but not in such a spectacular fashion. Lightning rod indeed. Thanks Lucas for helping the cause of normal people becoming aware of the absolute stupidity and dangers of trans woke narratives and bullshit! You and Elliot are helping people wake up to what we collectively have known for years- the medias a shill, Twitter is shit, and troons are fucked up pedos. Thanks! As an added bonus you’ve also helped Josh become this smarter, stronger, and respected (at least by myself and a few others I know) Sysop, and helped make us aware of companies that we SHOULDNT patronize ever. You’re such a great ad for the companies that didn’t fuck with Josh that you shoulda been on payroll. I can’t stop laughing at just how much schadenfreude you have bestowed upon us. We have enough to have leftovers for months. Dumbass.

This section of the filing is about potential future risks. The section mentions KF among their examples of the type of decision/controversy they are referring to and qualifies as disclosing known issues that may yet have negative impact. "Current customers" is about the possibility of future, as yet unknown controversies. Both sets (past and current) represent potential future risk.

Fun fact, this individual looks like Ron Jeremy.
Another of Keffals more vocal supporters has disowned him. This is a Discord community member.

So lets recap the current situation:
>Farms are up
>Bobposting exiled
>Kermit has left Twitter
>Keffals has vowed to not use Twitter anymore (lol no chance)
>NaiaGoesAwoo has left Twitter (was recently also posting about service providers)
>ErinInTheMorn probably about to have a shitfit over the election results because of "trans genocide"
>And I think to myself, what a wonderful world!

All i had to see was him trying to join the "Impersonate Elon Musk" Gravytrain and I knew he was going to be an absolute faggot.

The calming Mario 64 music with the Koi fish followed by the "Be Right Back" as he keeps getting chewed out is just the icing on the cake with this beauty of a clip.

What...? Either you're splitting hairs, or I don't understand what you're saying. Can you clarify what you mean by this:

"especially if such hostile, offensive, or inappropriate use is highly publicized,” i.e. them caving to deplatforming campaigns in the future

I think what they're saying is that if some of their customers are perceived as hostile, offensive, or inappropriate (like the Kiwi Farms was), and this is highly publicized (as was done by the Drop Kiwi Farms campaign), it can have adverse political, business and reputational consequences for Cloudflare. The Kiwi Farms was one case, it is now a former customer, but it could happen again in the future with other customers. Do you have a different interpretation?

The Destiny manifesto was an incredible boon for the farms along with his stream reading it because it shredded every single claim but not only dismantled his credence. As soon as the normies started dropping the journos did too. All control over the narrative had disappeared.

The Lucas downfall is giving me MASSIVE Narcissa vibes where from now it is just a downfall into irrelevancy and self-abuse. Could not happen to a nicer person.

Sorry, I popped off before reading the whole section. It talks about risks to future business and lists dropping Daily Stormer after Charlottesville, dropping 8chan after the Christ Church shooting and blocking KF after “an immediate and escalating threat to individuals” as three examples where prospective customers vowed NOT to use them, and that there is a risk of this happening again.

Of those 3 examples though, one of them is NOT like the others.
