Traps TroonVideos released a sequel to his "Scariest Easter Eggs" vid from 9 years ago. It's not very good. Another proof that troonshine sucks a soul out of you.

Thought it was ok, but I have noticed tats is inserting his troon oc in some sections. Not enough to dissuad my attention, but it can feel a little bit off at times.

(Forgive me if this guy's been brought up before as he's been around a while, but searching here didn't throw anything up.) I recently found Curious World's videos and I'm enjoying them. Mix of true crime, ghost stories and other morbid but interesting things. His videos seem very well-researched and there's no OTT spooky music or other shit like that so they're chill enough to have on as background noise. He also aims to cover stuff that isn't already covered much on youtube, which I like.

I get that they will lose their precious cents from ad revenue, but their videos being hidden? Even channels like Horror Stories keep showing up in my recommended section and they keep getting views, So unless you're like, I don't know Leafy, your videos will probably get viewed just as much as if they were not monetized.

The difference is that Mumkey was terminated with no second thought as the Elliot Rodger videos were coverups for what actually made them decide to do so, as with Leafy, they actively tried to suppress his channel's reach in hopes he'd eventually give up before demonetization was a thing (Which is what the horror youtubers are bemoaning about with their claims about having their views suppressed without monetization), and while that worked for the time being, it wasn't until his return to laugh at pokimaine before youtube actually threw down the hammer.

There's not really hard evidence per se, but even if you dismiss any anecdotally evidence (understandable enough) it does make sense. By definition, the ad-limiting feature of demonetization means the video will get less demand for ads, and thus lower rates. Not much reason for YT to prioritize recommending videos that make less money.

Bernievidz (furry tranny, but that's not the point here), a youtuber who makes videos that sometimes touch upon the horror subject, and other things like a documentary on Lowtax, made a video about the conspiracy theories regarding Kurt Cobain's suicide.

It got deleted by Youtube because he said "suicide" in the video, thinking that it would be disrespectful to say things like "unalive". Apparently something similar happened to him before. He's currently streaming about it.

I get it. Serial killers at least know to keep a façade of normalcy. There was nothing of the sort with this woman. I think most if not all of us can remember at least one similar person around us. Why can't anybody spell "dox/doxing/doxed" correctly?

It’s because people are implementing an understanding of phonetic preservation. The short “o” (the ah) uses certain spelling tendencies to maintain its sound in the written form.

A better example would be hop. It’s understood the short o is to be utilized when orating the word because there’s no vowel following the ‘p.’ When doing the future tense you must add an additional p because without it becomes “hoping,” which is how the word hope is conjugated because you have to remove the e. The doubling is done to preserve the sound while in the written form so for a lot of people you just naturally add a second x because a singular x could be interpreted phonetically as “doxing” (pronounced like coax).

I’m sure there are other words that do not follow the established rules. English is known for the exceptions rather that the standard and in addition to that idea doxe isn’t a word and I’m not positive if the standards even apply to the letter “x.” It’s an underutilized letter. This has been hooked on phonics with your wonderful host.
