Republicans need an extreme lead in order to win anything at this point, but it can be done. The election being close isn't surprising at all

Like, people will say that mocking her election denialism while supporting trump's is hypocritical, and yeah, you can at the absolute least make that case. But "our guy totally won, but your guys should be mocked for thinking like that" is way less grating than "our guy totally won, but your guys should be jailed for thinking like that"
