US 2022 Mid-Term Election

I don't see any updates justifying this sudden level of pessimism. What, are you all upset Kelley's got the initial lead in AZ? That CA and CO went Dem for the Senate? Surely that can't be surprising.
There's still a ton of votes to be tallied and Republicans are already on track to win the House, and fight for the Senate. Seriously wtf?
Because the faces of the supposed Red Waves, much less Red Tsunami, are getting their butts kicked. And to many, if Democrats can still win after COVID and everything under the Biden Administration, it’s a case of watch as these places sign their death sentence, or lament at what everything has become while they prepare to go out fighting the shadow forces using the Democrats as puppet leaders that’d make them slaves .

So does this make two elections where the Democrat candidate threatened an energy-producing industry, which was supposed to be a candidacy-killing blow in PA, only for it not to happen?

Do I remember this correctly?
Sounds about right.
Like usual. The high IQ third party voters fuck over a Rep.

There it is, people. At this moment. Those with nothing to lose are now logging off, and making lists of the ten people they’re taking out in the event one of their loved ones die or has their innocence lost as a direct result of the policies of those in office.

It's got to be down to how long this is taking, particularly Arizona. There's been zero election day vote released so far and it's growing annoying.
ffs polls closed on this side of the country like, two hours ago. It was like 3pm when we were getting these kinds of results from the east coast. People need to simmer the fuck down

It's not the economy, stupid.

No seriously this is just funny at this point.
I have no doubt that there is a significant number of lefties on the coasts, who, with raped children, no housing, no freedom of movement or bodily autonomy, and empty stomachs, will smugly proclaim that at least they were on the right side of history as they're lined up against the wall.

Neighbor Cattle are real, and they lick the fascist boot.

Ohio is a solid red state now too. With the Hispanic vote in Florida (edit: and Texas) going red and Ohio firmly going red, it's good news for 2024.
Forgot about Ohio. I'm becoming more optimistic about OH, FL, and TX since latter two had been trending blue the last elections.

From what it seems, 2024 is going to be the story of two states, Georgia and Arizona. If the GOP wants to win next time they need to make it their absolute first priorty to unfuck the election shenanigans going up there.

I might be drunk and misremembering, but looks like another lean or two called. I want a tossup or an upset! I NEED victory (or defeat)! This on the edge shit is lame.

I've been considering that the expected outcome for an hour or two now.
Walker still up by a point at this juncture is surprising though. Where are we getting votes coming in from? Everything on the map that's red looks pretty depleted.

Pennsylvania and New York were out of reach.

New York because the state's GOP hasn't caught up and Pennsylvania because the GOP cut Mastriano off in part due to his terrible campaign.

Michigan is completely up in the air, Wisconsin is going red. We could have had a shot at Minnesota and Michigan should be in our corner already. But bad polling directs where Republican leadership sends money and the polls said those were out of reach.

Good news is we'll get Wisconsin back, neuter activists Democrat courts in Ohio and North Carolina, and maybe have a shot at flipping Nevada governor.
Slight PL but I have some friends all the way out in PA and when I told them some of the things Mastriano wanted to do, they were all surprised and had no fucking clue what his plans for PA even were. If he's not breaching the vanilla-est of normies, then he was doing something wrong.
