That's an obscure bit of Zrcalore.

There's also a Youtube channel with Carlautta warbling terrible tuneless music in fascist neo folk style, including one video labelled Z.N.S. (Zoo Necro Sadism.)

Neo folk is a branch off the post punk tree. One flagship band, Death In June, is kind of like Joy Division with trumpets and fascist nostalgia. Death In June is a reference to the Night of the Long Knives, where Hitler purged gay nazis who helped him take power. You can see the appeal to Carlautta.

Some of these bands were trolls making gloomy goop that really sucks, with limited appeal for modern gay nazi fetish larpers by obscurity and taboo. Others were experimental and subversive. One like that was industrial band Laibach, originally forbidden to play by Slovenian authorities behind the iron curtain.

Zrcalo Sveta is in a song from Laibach on a 1994 compilation of mostly Kraftwerk covers, Trans Slovenia Express.

Given the obscurity of the phrase, this looks like the most likely origin for a pretentious high schooler picking song lyrics that sounded mysterious or whatever. A scrap of reference:
