Because any attempts on her part would come across as "How do you do, fellow kids?" When she targeted those children on DA, she was comparatively close to their age and could approximately speak their language. Nowadays youth culture is a radically different thing, and she's not smart enough to speak the new language, no matter what latest trend she jumps on. Also, when she was active on DA she had a partner and I suspect that partner manipulated her as a front to a large extent. (No, I'm saying that the partner was to blame for Staph's actions, I think that partner was a predator using a less skilled predator for access to victims.) If she hoped on Discord now she'd have a hell of a time finding viable targets.
