I think with it being publicly and legally defined now, it gives the Dr protections. For example, you have a state that says "a transgender person is someone who has socially transitioned to the gender of their preference" or however they refer to it now. So a man in a dress comes in and tells you he's a transgender woman. He wants his dick inverted and has insurance willing to cover it. He meets the state's definition of a trans person so you're covered. "I wasn't hurting, I was affirming" will be their defense.

That's why the lawsuits will have to be in regards to the aftercare.
They may have thier asses covered in the sign up and the surgery itself, but with how they're treating them afterwards, that's where the troons will be able to get them.

If or when they get their heads out thier amholes and pull the rotdogs out of thier ears, they could, I believe even now, sue the ever loving shit out these fucking butchers due how badly they've been treated post surgery.

Agree with the general consensus that lawsuits will be difficult to do and unlikely to really work, however

IIn the case of minors, it’s the parents who really are consenting so that would be a tough case against the practice.

If I'm not wrong, they just passed policy in Florida that not only allows victims to sue the doctors, but allows victims of child transition to actually sue the parents. I think it's genius and very important that they added this part and I hope other states follow suit, because I guarantee that in another 5-10 years there's going to be significant amount of angry adults who were forcibly transitioned by their pedophilic Munchausen-by-proxy parents, and I believe they deserve retribution.

Also, if we lived in a sane society it would be understood that people who are retarded and depraved enough to believe they are the opposite sex are 100% unfit to make competent informed consent decisions. I really do hope retroactive policies get put in place because even the butchers that do this to adult trannies are acting in complete defiance of the Hippocratic Oath by performing dangerous, unnecessary surgery on double digit IQ retards that don't even understand that no genitals = no orgasms, let alone the plethora of other side effects that come with castrating yourself.

Peritoneal pull-through. It still leaks constantly but the smell is somewhat less offensive, from what I’ve read. Newer technique, used for Jazz’s puss. Not a whole lot of studies about complications or long-term effects for this method.
