US 2022 Mid-Term Election

Tell me you don't know shit about libertarianism without telling me you don't know shit about libertarianism.

There's more to it than just "I want to be left alone". This is like saying conservatives will never have a real political party because "let's maintain the status quo" isn't a cogent political, moral, or societal ideology.

Besides, the key point is that nobody who voted LP in this midterm election was ever going to vote D or R anyhow.
It's a common theory that that liberty always leads to tyranny because there's no one gatekeeping liberty. Historically, that hasn't been true. While the NAP is a core tenant of libertarianism, it isn't absolute. The most successful libertarian societies have dealt with corruption and subversion with tar, feathers, and rope. It wasn't libertarians that demanded politicians not be used for musket practice anymore. I think he's more on about left wing libertarianism which is just a bunch of dirty hippies. Right wing libertarians are still busy trying to figure out how to 3d print nuclear weapons.

Based on my totally not trash statistical analysis, Laxalt will win Nevada with 495,031 votes to Masto's 493,453 votes (+1578 vote lead).

Then Herschel Walker will lose the Georgia runoff after it is revealed that he had an abortion.
I'm betting Walker loses. He will gain a big chunk of the lost 2% from libertarians, but Warnock will have much better turnout next time. If this race is what decides the power of the senate, democrats will show up.

Depends on how much Trump stumps for Walker. The reason republicans lost in the 2020 runoffs is the canidates were already unliked and they flat out said they were ok with the election fuckery. They only did token statements at the last moment and only after they begged Trump to do rallies.

Lolberts are mostly cringe now, but I'll back the Hoppean school of physical removal libertarianism.

I’d imagine there’d be more “wink wink, nudge nudge at this point.

The Narrative™ says there's no fraud going on - unless it's from right wing - and it's a "conspiracy theory" to believe otherwise.
This is literally all you got, hand-waving at people you don't like. I was pretty highly involved with the Republican campaign here where I love, I knew people who were tasked with "election integrity." It was a joke and they knew it, nothing happened. Every person involved knew it was a complete waste of time and resources. Until you can produce a case and take it to court and win everyone is going to continue to see you schizo retards as the shrieking lunatics you are, and the Republican Party as a whole will continue to suffer the consequences.

Nope. Georgia libertarians all live around Atlanta or have ties to the Kemp RINO faction. They are all "dem who wants to say the n word out loud and likes guns flavor". And its not "show up" its the dems have a machine that will get mail in ballots by sending people door to door and mailing people ballots they just have to sign off and mail.

The Walker race will be viewed as a chance to put Trump down for good by Kemp and McConnel. They will not only abandon Walker but try to sabotage him. Expect to see "dont show up for Walker so we can be rid of Trump" messaging to go out.

Yes counting for weeks is completely standard in democracies across the world and every other US (or any where else that isn't Venezuela or Zimbabwe) election prior to 2020 are the outliers. Have you ever tried explaining to yourself out loud the insanity you are trying to portray as normal here?

The first time i can think was Dobbs ruling that conservatives actually moved forward on their agenda, and everyone in the Republican party said it was a bad idea for conservatives to ever actually try to do things they want.
It was a bad idea as this election proves, because it accomplished functionally nothing (it already was very hard to get an abortion in the states which banned it) and energized a sizable faction of people that swung at least a few elections against the Republicans. Abortion bans are very unpopular outside of a certain base and the issue was effectively "settled" in that the status quo worked well for both parties. Since a fuckton of Republican candidates have "I'm pro-life" in their bios and pro-life is one of the few things it's obvious the Republican Party stands for, they failed to persuade voters. It is not something the Republicans should have burnt political capital on when there's far worse issues like the economy, inflation, and illegal immigration or for social issues, something more popular like dealing with the indoctrination in schools.

Delegitimizing the corrupt system by calling out election fraud is actually a very good thing, and the powers that be know it hence why it's the single most censored topic in existence right now. Calling people schizo for pointing out these issues is just as ridiculous as when the Soviet Union called people schizo for saying communism wasn't working.

Again, if it's really so corrupt take it to court and prove it otherwise STFU

I agree the counting situation is absurd, if you want that to change start counting the ballots as soon as they come in and reduce the voting window to 1 week like Florida. That doesn't prove fraud though you nonce.
