If Chibi is saying that he lost his room even though it's paid and he's got a guarantee and confirmation number then he's lying out of his ass. It either wasn't paid for and that $800 was just a deposit which he's going to get back or he never really made a reservation and just thinks he did. My money is on the latter.

I hate to be the one to tell you this man but you can still do the things you enjoy as an adult. Nobody is going to call you a lolcow for playing a JRPG you liked as a kid or watching a cartoon.

There's nothing wrong with enjoying a game or watching anime, it becomes a problem when you paint yourself pink, get naked and start running down the street yelling POYO and calling yourself Kirby. People have been fans of things forever, hell, your grandparents probably obsessed with the Grateful Dead, difference is, they grew up and joined the human race.
