WW2 Airshow crash at Dallas Executive airport today. There's a lot of bystander footage out there but these two are the clearest I've seen. P-63 hit a B-17. There are now about 13 flying examples of the former and less than 50 of the latter.

The dude in the B-17 is most dead as hell. No way that guy is having any chances of survival. And if he did, Lady Luck is a cruel bitch who gets a laugh at seeing people becoming cripples with health condtions for the rest of their lives.

They're not commenting on the status of any of the crews which usually means no survivors and they're working to identify remains. The B-17 had a crew of 5 at the time, according to the CEO of the company that owned it, and the P-63 was a single seat fighter.

A remarkable number of low-speed impacts are survivable, but usually you burn to death on the ground before anyone can help you.
