Whats with the fuckin' lawn chairs? Do Barb and Chris sit in them and yell at traffic? Because, yea that's actually not surprising, scratch that. At least the tide of barbage hasn't yet covered the windows, at least not entirely.I was on a trip and decided to make a stop at 14BC on Tuesday and snapped a few pics of the place. Pardon the shitty quality of the photos, it was dark and late and my flash was far too bright. If anyone can correct them, that would be awesome.

Notice the barbage in the yard and that both cars are parked on the side.
It also appeared that half the windows were covered, and the upstairs room that isn't covered is neon green.
I wonder if they found the remains of "the mystical man" in there?Legend has it those who enter the forsaken home never come out.
I'm surprised anyone would be on his property at all (unless they're being paid).
I also took a trip recently to Ruckersville at the end of February. I couldn't take the pictures I wanted to because his neighbors were actually outside working on their property. I did manage to get two semi-crappy pictures in passing. It was pretty surreal driving past the place. I disagree with the earlier sentiment that it's the nicest house on the block. It's very obviously the worst looking house on the block. At the end of the cul-de-sac there are two very nice houses in particular. It must irk them to see the eyesore that is 14 Branchland Ct each time they drive home.
Given the poor excuse for a dirt-paved driveway, I suppose not really.does 14 BLC even have a driveway?

That's not very nice. It's a lovely house, the problem is the inhabitants, the mess they leave and the reputation they generate.Nice pictures. Unlike a lot of the blurry shit we've seen it really gets it across what a complete shithole the place looks like.

Nothing a little arson can't fixguess there's nothing the homeowners association (if any) can do in that neighborhood or that yard mess would've been cleaned up by now

Most places don't have a homeowners association.
Someone tried that in 2009.If it got too bad, couldn't the city directly intervene? Health violations or whatever? Right now, it's just trashy, but if it got any worse, I doubt someone wouldn't file a complaint.
