Hopefully Chloe Cole's case will be the break in the dam and will show the way forward for all the people out there in her position to sue these fuckers too, as well as setting legal precedent that will make it a lot harder for ideologically corrupt doctors and activists to push this shit on minors and make heathcare providers a lot more wary about emotionally blackmailing parents into making a mistake that ruins their kids life.
It just takes a few to light the way and I think we'll see a flood of malpractice cases, especially if lawyers see there is money to be made suing these butchers and brainwashers.

edit to add: they need to keep abortion restrictions out of this legislation if they're serious about getting it passed and upheld, teens are too young to make major decisions including the decision to be/stay pregnant. there's more risk of death in that than in this for younger teens.
