Yup, a lot of people don't realize how dangerous Vancouver and British Columbia is in general. The people running around there are absolutely insane more so than other places.

This video explains a lot more on the situation. You are quite right about the cops being afraid to do anything because the previous mayor was a part of a "Defund the Police" movement. They've had a shitload of their budget cut and only recently has there been pushback for a change, that's been going on with CBC radio too, they've been bitching about it and saying that the Police and people are lying and over-exaggerating about how bad it is in Vancouver. Meanwhile Trudeau keeps going on trips and giving Canada's money away, CBC remains funded by Canada's tax dollars, propaganda and lies continue to be pushed and people become more gradually upset. Trudeau has been continuing to try and shovel himself in for longer terms more and more since he got elected, and the confidence and supply deal he made with the NDP further ensured that he stayed in till office until at least 2025.
They point fingers at law-abiding citizens and have done stuff like get Bill-C21 pushed into place which is still having senate hearings, they've managed to freeze the sale of handguns because of that retard that shot up the grocery store in Buffalo even though you have to go through a course along with having a criminal record check and be vetted by the RCMP, doing two courses to even acquire a handgun.
Meanwhile street shitters continue to shoot up neighbourhoods, restaurants and innocent people because of the ongoing gang wars in BC and a majority of these gun crimes are guns that are acquired illegally that were smuggled into Canada through typically Indian/Indigenous reserves that are bordering the USA.
Every move made by the current government especially with crime related issues are done on a whim and are a freak reaction to anything happening in social media that's trending. Why? To make it seem like they aren't twiddling their thumbs doing absolutely nothing but fucking up the country. It is no wonder Canada is considered a joke by most people, because as much as people would like to call it the US-Lite, it's more UK-Lite, just that britbongistanians have an option of moving to a multitude of areas that aren't drastically out of reach financially and are given much better options for schooling.
Meanwhile there's a dime a dozen Lucas John Roberts' in Canada and the government does nothing but give them rimjobs and dick massages while they leech tax dollars from people to get free surgeries and HRT and get people imprisoned for "misgendering" or "dead-naming" then a bunch of them end up wondering why they're so depressed and hate their lives after they've burned every bridge with their family members or friends.
A lot of people would be more tolerable towards trannies if they didn't actively try to get people arrested / put in jail for unreasonable things. But instead, much like many of the gay people who go about waving their dicks around in a pride parade in front of childrens faces they absolutely MUST have attention and they can't fucking stand when they aren't in the spotlight because they hate feeling like a regular person. It's why the internet is such a fucking curse because it's the more mentally ill version of the typical everyday childs dream job. They all go " I WANT TO BE A SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCER OR YOUTUBER/STREAMER, SOUNDCLOUD RAPPER, etc. "
They want to do nothing but be in the spotlight and it has gotten to the point where that is what a majority of kids today want to do, trannies have noticed that becoming trans gets them attention REAL quick, they get noticed by a community of people who accept them, some will hate them but they get a bunch of people's undying attention because god forbid you don't give a tranny attention, that'd be a hate crime right?
It's gotten to the point where like you said "The Judicial System is AFRAID of these people." They don't want to be blasted on social media and become cancelled, that is why its an extremely worrying thing to see a site like KF be taken down over and over again, because it further cements the fact that people are losing to criminals. That these people have the ability to toy around with the law because shitholes like Canada can't even afford to be labelled "negatively" because it's already in such an economic shithole due to these kind of people.
They've taken the definition of hate speech and turned it into a much more broad term. They've made it so that practically anything could be considered hate speech against them.
While I'm fine with giving people basic rights, I am not fine with having people more control and essentially more privileges than the average joe out there. The Democrats/Liberals continue to lie about many things, saying that they're fighting for an "egalitarian" society full of equality when in reality they are the ones pushing what would be deemed as fascism upon many, they call an extreme amount of people nazis or fascists, claiming that they are anti-fascist whilst they are actually being fascists. They are the ones controlling people, they are not fighting for equal rights, they are fighting to line their fucking pockets and maintain a level of control over people and a majority of people are too fucking stupid to even see that. They'll continue to spit in your face and say that they're fighting for your rights, meanwhile they continue to take them away from you more and more and give rights to only a select few group of people. The only people benefiting from this are the rich and powerful and those that line the pockets of the rich and powerful.
At this point who the fuck knows what is going to happen. The current governments of the USA and Canada continue to desperately try to push immigrants in to strengthen the ever-dying workforce and gain more voters for their party, brainwashing them with the idea that if they allow the other party to be voted into power that they'll be deported and won't be able to send back money to their starving family in god knows wherever the fuck they live.
They are fear-mongering over ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE and many people are falling for it. It's happening with trannies, it's happening with immigrants, it happened with the COVID-19 Pandemic, it happened with Israel/Palestine and the war on terrorism, and it's happening to Kiwifarms and it will continue to keep happening if people continue to allow this to happen.
They're acting as if Kiwifarms is some sort of radical splinter terrorist group when it has quite literally been a site for keeping documentation on people who appear to be fucking nutcases that go around treating the world as their goddamn oyster. I personally believe Kiwifarms has done more work than the judicial system for the past 7-8 years on outing pedophiles and predators.
