Probably not him, but I do think that's his real name. Was doing a search for Irish names to see which ones were close to "yoghurt" (learn to spell, Anglos and Anglo-adjacents), and Eoghan was the closest I could find. Both start with "E," and both are pronounced similarly (oh-un, el-len), so it's likely he decided to pick a troon name similar to his given name.

It's funny how these people bitch about us doxing and harassing them when they give so much info away willingly. That's true of the vast majority of what gets posted on the farms, and the rest is pretty much all personal anecdotes from people who have actual experience with the cows in question. Estrogen can change facial features a bit but I don't think it can change the entire structure of your nose or ear shape.
That Eoghan has somewhat of an Aquiline nose structure with a thin bridge, whereas EFNO in side pictures I've seen has a completely different nose type, maybe Snub nosed.
Also Eoghan's earlobes are Free whereas EFNO's seem to be closer to being attached, that and the ears in general are noticeably different.

A noble effort though. Eoghan when anglicized is usually read as Ewan as a quick Googling of the name reveals. I don't think anyone would mistake that and call them Yoghurt personally.
I also thought it sounded like it began with either Eo or Eu though, where would you get the "ert" from though is a mystery to me.
