I could have sworn they did start both a tranch branded LLC as well as a nonprofit charity but highly doubt the property was officially moved under either title. From those tweets it sounds like Bonnies plan is to convert the mortgage to a rental property, but doing so requires extra insurance, permits, licenses, tighter rules on upkeep, and to top it all off he would have to report their rent as income and pay taxes on it. But im not a house lawyer.
