Also, I think the OP of that history of japan post took it down after being roundly criticized by other bloggers, including Asians, for making the leap from "I'm Asian and I don't like it" to "if you like this you hate ALL ASIAN PEOPLE!". (Personally, my favorite point is that they criticized it for being too centric on white people and not focusing enough on American racism issues at the same time.)
