I bet those emails are indeed being filtered out and thrown into Low Priority or spam.

Why is he asking for the status of whether that email is staffed or working correctly? That is his company and the fact that he thinks he has some sort of authority.

Perhaps they were really annoyed and are just not going to respond to emails regarding Kiwi Farms. I would love to read these emails they have been spamming them with.
