It's precisely at this point that she needs to screech the loudest, to protect herself from acknowledging the obvious: that the wonderful "gender-affirming care" she champions is a soulless capitalistic enterprise that leeches money out of people like her and then leaves them out to dry.

When I see stories like this, and then the troons come out like the worst mean grrls you can think of (in this case, mainly actual girls who have the chance to be bitches to another young woman but be considered the "good" rational ones), I am reminded that these same troons hate any actual safeguarding, any actual therapy trying to discover reasons a person may hate their body.
Real therapy would likely reduce many young people claiming to feel dysphoric. Being a victim of sexual trauma young would be a red flag to any normal person you'd think.

But troons want AFFIRMATION ONLY, and then think they can hate on detransitioners.

Also in addition to the gruesome surgical site and all the bruising associated with it you can see some interesting soft endocrine signs there, discoloration associated with insulin resistance, pronounced stretchmarks everywhere...not good, chief, not good.
