Content creators use it because of money and they value money more than anything else, and users don't want to use rumble or bitchute because all of their favorite content creators are on youtube, since no one is using those other platforms there is no point in using it since it would be the same as watching TV channels with no good shows, content creators want money more than anything, users want to be entertained more than to give youtube the middle finger.
