There are lots of crazies who the feds are all aware of but do nothing about because it's really not worth it to prosecute, they don't need imprisonment they need help nobody can provide. There are tons of LARPers who have the FBI equivalent of a burn notice that rookies have to learn about because they incessantly attempt to insert themselves into everything and think they can fool the FBI into targeting their personal (usually imagined) enemies. They can get dangerous, like Neal, but usually it's just all the stuff Neal spends most of his days on. The feds don't have the resources nor the legal authority to keep eyes on him in case he morons his way into an actual criminal conspiracy again. Unless Neal gets involved in something that they'd have political interest in pursuing like with the militia who were manipulated into wanting to kidnap Michigan's Governor then what's the story about why they want to grab him and put on a whole trial? Shouldn't you be focused on serious criminals?
It's the same concept as the local crazy who the cops all know and usually will humor rather than actually do anything about unless he actually does something serious. They'll get "he should have gotten locked up long ago" no matter when or what because a lot of people think just being a bad person in some way is illegal.
Also in this specific case, Neal may have been inadvertently treading on an actual federal operation that tagging him and his friends would reveal. A bunch of the #DropKiwiFarms tards have openly expressed their belief that "members" should interfere with ongoing federal operations to make sure the entire userbase of the Kiwi Farms wins up in Gitmo.

Neal also seems like a hardcore narcissist too because from what I'm seeing, He's well organized and conducts his operations on Discord with his associates. One of the reasons why the feds haven't got to him yet is likely the fact that that he has plenty of useful retards doing work for him and when he got done with them, He throws them under the bus and files reports about them to the alphabet agencies, I also have a hunch Neal may have been behind some illegal actions against this site, His behavioral and social profile fits the narrative for that and he has a history of organizing swattings on prominent figures while pinning the caller on his enemies.
On another note, While I'm still able edited into the OP Neal's spat with Andrew Breitbart from a decade ago and after Breitbart's death, Neal claims to have killed him with his tweets like he has these powers and brags about magically killing him to this day.

I think I still have an old laptop from that era lying around somewhere, I need to find that and plug that in some time and go over the contents to see if I still have anything on Neal from that time. I wasn't archiving as heavily back then as I do now, but some of those old tweets might still be up. What you describe here, Neal gloating over the death of Andrew Breitbart and trying to take personal pride in having somehow "caused" it, that certainly rings a bell.

This is what some of those Twitter accounts were saying he did to Kirtaner. Basically the story was Kirtaner wasn't really doing anything anyone cares about just LARPing publicly, Neal helped convince him to do some oddly specific illegal thing and oh, look at that, suddenly the feds are rounding up Kirtaner but immediately let him go to post his charges from a nearby Best Buy. It's almost like someone "anonymously" submitted details of a specific crime. Weird how that happens to people associated with a guy who's running around telling people he works for the feds. In the Hotwheels instance he just wasn't dumb enough to believe Neal had anything to offer him.
If the Kiwi Farms got really busted he'd probably be contacting Null to offer to "help" him through the feds too, he can't do it as long as the site's up because Null would probably post it like Hotwheels did.

So this might be a good time to ask Josh directly if he has had any contact with these people and what the outcome was.

They flat out forge court documents (its what Retzlaff was charged with) and they always selectively edit docket entries and pass it off a ruling when it never is. Its usually an insane filing by one of them and thats why they never link the docket or the filing it came from, just post screengrabs. Link us to the docket you pulled that from please.

As I've stated before, when I came here to this forum, I personally had no idea who Joshua Moon was, who Fredrick Brennan was, who Jim/Ron Watkins are, what Infinity Next/8chan was or any of that whole backstory. I came here purely because I knew that KF is a forum that SJWs don't like and one that allowed free discussion of Youtubers and e-celebs, which is what I wanted to talk about. I didn't care about anything else. I had no idea how KF fit into a larger milieu of sites that emerged from the image boards. I only went and read up on all that stuff recently because I kept reading all these weird rumours that #DropKiwiFarms were spreading on social media. While I was researching all that, I realized that a lot of these rumours from #DropKiwiFarms that I myself had never read before are actually old rumours that were part of a Chinese Whispers campaign that Brennan had started years ago to smear Joshua Moon over the failed Infinity Next migration. What #DropKiwiFarms did is try to breathe new life into those old Chinese Whispers. As soon as Brennan noticed that he could use #DropKiwiFarms to revive his old smear campaign and use #DropKiwiFarms to further profile himself as a "reformed troll turned troll hunter" (as per that 2019 VICE profile and the 2021 Q: Into The Storm HBO documentary), he dove right in. He started a new podcast called "Bad at the Internet" (named after MATI) and invited #DropKiwiFarms people on, including Naia (who later broke ranks with #DropKiwiFarms and revealed it to be a bad faith campaign), to trash-talk about KF and Joshua Moon. Brennan at one point even stated that he wants Joshua Moon to come on BATI to debate him about Near. This enduring Bad Bromance between Joshua Moon and Fredrich Brennan has to be one of the weirdest plotlines of this story. It's weird because I just read with my own eyes that it was Brennan himself who had told Joshua Moon to just forget about 8chan and focus on KiwiFarms instead. (Dude, you're mad because Joshua Moon... went and did what you told him to? WTF...)
