I had the same thought too. I think he wants to open up a fediverse, so he can get a reaction, knowing the fact that lots of people that were banned on Twitter because of him and KF posters lurk there.
But the problem is everyone and their grandma can see through this 500 IQ "master plan". Even if he gets the reaction he wants from the fediverse and goes crying crocodile tears about it to his journoscum friend, it wont be effective

It's finally time to give an apartment tour

This is only a 3D render of the apartment which includes stock assets to make the rooms look like they actually have furniture in them, not sure why they decided to use a desk and chalkboard in that 1st bedroom.
At 0:45 you can see the streaming corner, in the finished product there's a white door on the side of the wall (which is what the black cloth is hiding in Keffals streams). It's some sort of cubbyhole in the wall.
In one of Keffals bathroom selfies you can see either a white faux marble or some sort of quartz sink counter.
As for the floorplan of the corner/the door. You can find that on my previous post from the start of 2779.

That's quite a fancy walk in closet and en-suite bathroom.

Now this'll disappoint some of you I'm sure: Even though Keffals declared they'd get every user of this site fired if they could I've decided to show more charity to him than he'd give to me if the roles were reversed, therefore I won't be going any more indepth on this in regards to pictures/location.
Keffals hasn't really done anything since returning to Canada either so it'd feel disproportionate.
