Can the standard breast reduction techniques even be used when he has no female breast tissue??

I would think the techniques used for breast reduction in a female and reduction of tissue on a male with gynecomastia aren’t all that radically different, save perhaps more attention to preserving the milk ducts in women, though even women who’ve undergone reduction can lose their ability to breastfeed after surgery.

Both surgeries remove excess tissue and fat, both have the option for removing any excess skin, both can use lipo.

Is there a way out of this for him? Even if he had the mantits reduced and could lose weight, by the looks and sounds of it, the damage to his body is done and there’s no going back to being healthy. You can’t cheat nature.

I mean I don't particularly like my body hair but I'm not about to go chopping off my junk over it. And on the plus side I have a few really long eyebrow hairs that I'm quite proud of.

It's not necessarily porn giving boys these ideas. There is a lot of messages in media and society of how girls are flowers and sweet, while boys aren't. Girls receive similar messages of how boys are so lucky for not having their periods or give birth. When I was a kid myself, we were told that each sex has their own issues, now we want to stop puberty completely because it can be inconvenient for spoiled pampered kids and their Karen mothers: "excuse me, I'd like to talk with the manager of biology, please!"
