I don't know if this intentional or not, but anyone notice a lot of Wu's old tactics has utterly ceased now, especially since Geth and other parties have called it out or otherwise thwarted their effectiveness?
Wu was quite happy to bash people on social media behind their backs and smear their names in the mud, until Geth caught Wu, presented evidence based on Wu's own words, and left it in public with Wu's own (apparently unthinking) permission, and since, that tactic has gone the way of the dodo. Well, almost, Wu occasionally tries while trying to make it not look like an obvious attempt to smear, but it usually fails to fool anyone and dies on the table.
Wu's next favored tactic was trying to get negative commentary (especially damning truths) about himself suppressed, which was foiled partially by Youtubers who simply mirrored content and rehosted it elsewhere and partially by Geth in the Transeye West incident where he made a mockery of Wu's attempts to silence written callouts, and both of those parties not only made sure to make it very well known about Wu's Ministry of Truth bullshit, the KIA mods helped complete the destruction of the effectiveness of that tactic when Wu tried to suppress shit on KIA and it backfired epically, and the whole affair just Streisand Effected everything Wu wanted suppressed even further.
Since, he's largely given up on trying to silence his critics via overt censorship.
The SyFy episode was an apparent attempt to recoup some attention, since he's kinda been starving for relevance for awhile now, and not only did that blow up in his face, his recent attempts at trying to piss off GamerGaters with flagrant bait has only made the damning truths he wanted suppressed earlier so prominent he's been forced to admit their existence, including unintentional confirmation of his trans status and how there are videos calling him a blatant liar, and while he's tried to half heartedly denounce them as hate speech and lies, he avoided doing so for so long to keep the sheep ignorant, but since that is becoming very hard to do these days, it seems his next tactic is an attempt to de-legitimize his critics by soiling the integrity of what they say.
A tactic Geth just countered a day ago by flat out calling Wu a liar and even upped the ante by saying if Wu wanted to claim his accusations that Wu was a lying liar who lies was libel, he'd be happy to see Wu in court to prove it wasn't, to which Flynt ran like a bitch, making a comment on Twitter pretty much confirming Geth was absolutely right about being given a reference in that after episode SyFy interview, trying very weakly to denounce Geth as a BSer while trying to keep the sheep from seeing what Geth wrote.
What makes this significant is that compared to a year or two ago, John Flynt is much more scared the house of cards is falling apart than he used to be, and most of his old tactics have been rendered useless.
Worse, the social climate is now turning against professional victims like him, and while he was always a leech off other SJWs, most to all of them have gone from moderate disdain to outright fucking hatred of the guy (Randi Harper especially), and off Twitter he has no guarantee of a hugbox anymore, and the methods he used to use to shore it up are ineffective for the most part.
