Fishman legit owns a coffee shop and thought selling bags of coffee with a vtuber's face on them would actually sell.

Pippa literally mixed the coffee with Faygo jugallo juice just to get it over with.

He was known for letting talent get away with a lot of stuff (not TALENT FREEDOM, but not too restrictive either) but then things changed after the likes of Lia's CWC stream and Pippa at the con when people asked about shooting up Walmart. Stuff started to get clamped down after that although Pippa had exceptions in place supposedly.

It probably doesn't help that he wants to release a Gen 3 but a lot of the talent know he's rushing stuff out way too early even if the models are already made.

Really, PhaseConnect is one of the better small corpos out there, but if fishman keeps making dumb decisions he's just going to drive people away to something else.

I think the biggest problem with the coffee and why they can't move it is because it's THRITY-FIVE GODDAMNED USD PER BAG NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING! It's also listed as 255 grams a bag and according to my unit converter that comes out to just shy of 8 ounces. Most bags of beans I've seen in my supermarket come in 12 ounces and are under $10. I can go on Amazon and get some fly ass beans from Bones Coffee for $18 and free shipping. To make matters worse the coffee a literal consumable. It's one thing to spend $30 on birthday special wall scroll but to pay more for beans...I will give Sakana credit for out of the box thinking even if it's not really logical or practical. I hope he trucks them to every convention just to have most people look at him all confused like.

I bought a bag of Pippa coffee awhile back but I haven't tried any yet.

Remi did a stream around a month ago where she sampled everyone's coffee and the best way to prepare (iced/hot, cream, sugar, black etc).
The worst coffee I ever had was from Costa Rica ( don't remember the exact name, but it had this gross chemical dishwater taste) and part of me thinks Pippa's roast is the same exact kind going by comments from Pippa herself. I imagine I would like Yuri's the best, as Monsoon Malabar is excellent, but again, $35 is way too expensive to make it a regular purchase.

The video wasn't nuked over the shirts though, it was the fanfic reading afterwards that got her to pull it.

In a way I get the position Fishman is in. Most here didn't like Nick Rekieta not being able to interview with Pippa. He does draw a lot of heat that would hurt PC and the other talents as we saw all the mass flagging he got. I also get that "lets shoot up Walmart" is not a good marketing route in the long run as this just happened today. Our rabbit was strangely missing today with internet issues.

Generally speaking, those sponsored stream wont care if who they picked to do said sponsor can play the game or not. So long that they stream it showing what the game is, the stuff and all that jazz.

So long that Pomu do reactions and can't play for shit, it still gonna work for them.

I liked the nasa coffee tbh but lmao i can grab a fucking can of pemade junk coffee at the gas station on the way to work a lot faster and cheaper.
Taste is secondary for me I mostly just want the caffeine...
