Canadian libel laws courtesy of the UK are a lot stricter than they are in the US. All Destiny has to do is prove is that statements were untrue, and that Keffals uttered them to another person.

Ironically if Keffals had actually used some of the money he grifted to hire a lawyer, they would have advised him not to admit on stream that he had made bullshit statements.

Some things I like about Destiny are that he doesn't forgive and forget and he feeds his audience red meat. He deserves his pound of flesh.
