It's definitely a two-pronged attack on women's rights- make prostitution into just work that's taken up by a marginalized group and not bad in itself (like akin to blue collar jobs), normalising 'sex work is work'. And attack kids and girls by encouraging breaking down all safeguarding rules (eg, don't keep a secret with an adult, be able to say if it's a man or a woman, be able to clearly name anatomy and assert boundaries, no inappropriate sexual content for minors).
